Finance Department was quick to respond to emails that allowed me to share what I was looking for. When I had to cancel my appointment due to being out of town, staff worked with me to reschedule and have allowed me to share what I was looking for. Steve Ault has been my salesman for most if not all of my auto purchases/leases. He always goes the extra mile to make sure my needs are met and that I get the best deal with the best customer service possible. I would highly recommend searching out Steve to purchase an Acura and the dealership to anyone look for a vehicle, Acura is a quality product, has excellent service ratings, but most importantly are very appealing, sporty, dependable models. The Sales, Finance and Service departments are first class, the best in the business and also very customer focused. I'd give the entire organization, 10 out of 10 on a customer satisfaction scale. I am so pleased with my new Jeep. I seen this vehicle on their website and since I know Adam Hannah personally, I called him to ask about it. He told me he was not in the office and referred me to Ian. Upon their website and since I know Adam Hannah personally, I called him to ask about it. He told me he was not in the office and referred me to Ian. Upon arriving at Acura, Ian quickly greeted me and had the vehicle already pulled up with tags on it, ready for me to test drive. I was driving it in less than 5 minutes! The financing part was smooth and Ian worked very hard to get me in the Jeep with the desired payment I was comfortable with. Between Ian and Adam, I went home in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee with a huge smile on my face. While doing paperwork Ian had the vehicle washed and filled up with gas. I was very impressed. I will definitely return as a customer in the future. More

We drove 3.5 hours each way from Indiana to purchase a 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited that was recently traded to the dealership. The asking price was already below the low end of the Kelly Blue Book valu 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited that was recently traded to the dealership. The asking price was already below the low end of the Kelly Blue Book value for that year / model, but we got another $250 off to pay for our time and gas. I also appreciated that the dealer did not add administrative fees as many others do. Beyond the purchase price, we paid only sales tax, document / title fees requires by the state, and $45 for the temporary tag. We purchased the car remotely on a Monday and picked it up the following Saturday. I received a full evaluation of the car from Steve Ault over the phone in addition to numerous photos of the interior and exterior. We also did all the sales paperwork remotely with Ian Quick. The whole purchase process took less than a day via phone and email. On our arrival, the car was waiting for us and had been detailed. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, with no significant unexpected cosmetic flaws. After our test drive we had to wait a bit to sign the final set of disclosures and notifications, so that part of the process took about an hour to complete with Adam Hannah. Overall, I was very impressed with the dealership and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, used or new. As a final note, I should add that they take COVID-19 cleaning and safety protocols very seriously. Everyone was masked and distanced, with ample sanitizer available in the dealership. More
