I had a great experience working with Ike when buying my new for me van. We spoke by text before I came by and he answered all my questions and sent pictures and videos before I came by. That was very important for me because I was 5 hours away. When I came by the van was just as described and everything was ready for me to sign off and drive away. I got a great deal too, hence why I drove all the way from Chicago. More

Great, easy dealership experience. I just have to say that this may have been the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Having been in the business, it's such a relief to see guys like Ike. I sent an inquiry after hours and he immedia buying experience I have EVER had. Having been in the business, it's such a relief to see guys like Ike. I sent an inquiry after hours and he immediately replied. That reply was honestly the reason the sale happened. He said he would have it pulled up in the morning for me and he sure did. I came in and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I arrived at about 9:20 and was driving off with my new vehicle at 11:30. Could not ask for a better experience. HIGHLY recommend asking for Ike if you visit these guys. Richard in finance was awesome as well. Overall chill vibe in the whole place. which is a HUGE standout as far as dealerships go. There are just not enough good words in the english language to say about these guys. Thank you to Ike and the whole team at Dean Team!!! More
