I would give a 5 star but feel the need to hold back in that was given a free detailing with my oil change/tire rotation. Whomever did the detailing didn’t vacuum the back of the Rav and barely did the bac that was given a free detailing with my oil change/tire rotation. Whomever did the detailing didn’t vacuum the back of the Rav and barely did the backseat area plus didn’t wash the mats. Was very disappointed. More

I go here to have my maintenance done, and I haven’t ever really had issues with them and they normally get me in and out pretty quickly. Only problem I have come across is every time I call about my car the really had issues with them and they normally get me in and out pretty quickly. Only problem I have come across is every time I call about my car they can’t ever seem to find it, and try asking me about other vehicles I don’t even own and it makes it difficult to make appointments sometimes. There was also a time I went in and had a nail in my tire, and I have a warranty for that. They tried telling me I didn’t have one, and it took them forever to find the information on it, so I ended up being there for over 2 hours before they replaced my tire so I wasn’t too happy about that. Otherwise, a great dealership! My favorite worker is ilana fischer. She is awesome!!!!! More
