I started out with Ismael on Friday after I brought my moms car for service and a used Toyota sienna caught my eye. He was outstanding not pushy at all and when I felt there was something not quite right moms car for service and a used Toyota sienna caught my eye. He was outstanding not pushy at all and when I felt there was something not quite right in the front end he didn't pressure me into anything. He explained that this van was a trade and was set for auction and they hadn't really looked it over so it was possible something was wrong. I went home and thought all weekend about it and returned on Monday to work with Tom who was busy so Rick talked with us. He brought a something so we could check the oil and waited for us to run on a test drive. My husband confirmed there was probably a warped router and was fixable and we decided we would buy it. So we went inside and did paper work with Tom who helped us get in it for what we wanted to pay. All 3 of these sales people were top notch and outstandingly nice. More

I bought a brand new toyota tacoma 2020 TRD Off-Road. Got it on Saturday. Took it out Sunday afternoon on a forest road over by hobble creek. Everything went fine. Monday morning the shocks were completely out of commission. I can barely get out of my neighborhood because my Tacoma can barely get over a speed bump without bottoming out. Ok , but then when i call about it i can't even get an appointment to get it looked at until Thursday afternoon. So my brand new 2020 tacoma trd offroad has to sit on my driveway pretty much broken for 4 days. Its embarrassing. I bought a brand new toyota tacoma and i can't even use it after 200 miles because the shocks couldn't handle 20 miles of dirt road. I just thought that a brand new toyota tacoma would live up to its reputation for reliability. The sales,accessory, and financial managers were great throughout the whole process of getting it and keeping me informed on it, but I feel let down right now by Toyota More

Excellent salesmen, excellent service I went to Brent Brown looking for a truck. I went in knowing what I wanted and the truck my family needed was available. I was able to get signed and I went to Brent Brown looking for a truck. I went in knowing what I wanted and the truck my family needed was available. I was able to get signed and delivered quickly. On the way home from signing the check engine light came on. I confirmed it was a bad catalytic converter. I took the truck back the next day and Kelly got me in contact with the Service Manager Travis. They were able to replace the part, FREE OF CHARGE for me which really made my day. This is the second car I have bought from Brent Brown in the past year and I will always go here to purchase a car. My advice, go to this dealership, knowing what you want and be clear what you are looking for. Work with the salesmen instead of against and you will walk away a happy customer! Buying cars from a dealership doesn't need to be scary or hard. Simply explain what you want and be honest. I initially went there a month before and told Ismael what I wanted. I told him I would like to follow up on this.I then followed up a month later saying I was still interested. The truck we ended up getting was available and everything worked out GREAT! More

Would never purchase another car from Brent brown I have regretted my purchase from this dealer since the first week. They made promises that have not been kept since day one . The finance manager was the worst pushed me into buying an extended warranty and the next day when I was trying to cancel he would not pick up my calls or return them . I finally showed up the next week after several calls to his office and had no excuse. More

Approach is not super customer-friendly It would be nice to not be hounded every time I go there about making an appointment. I understand that appointments help Brett Brown, but they're inconvenient for customers. competitors don't even mention having to have an appointment and it is super nice. The prices seem to keep going up. Getting my car detailed is now more than double what it used to cost, because they said they did a market analysis and realize that they could charge more. Again, not customer-focused. The shuttle service can be super slow. Other dealerships use ride-sharing. There is terrible cell phone coverage for AT&t inside their showroom. they try to call me to let me know my car is done and I can't receive the calls. They don't speak clearly on the intercom. They need to remove some TVs from some of the waiting areas. Some people don't want a TV blaring while they wait. I spoke to a salesman about looking at the new Prius, and he said he would come and find me in a few minutes and pull a Prius up to the front so I could test drive it. I was there six hours and they never came and looked for me. That's just stupid because I'm in the market for a new Prius. Do they want to sell cars or not? His name was Ismael. What happened to Mike the service manager? He was amazing. He was focused on the customers instead of the needs of Brent Brown. More

Positive, but a little confusing. My husband and I are still learning about this automobile. I get the impression that the Quick Reference Guide was written for the same car, I guess, but some cars would have a few different features. But I have had other reference guides for other things that have information for lots of other styles instead of just the one I am buying. Something like that. The diagram on pages 2-3 is quite confusing, but as I say, I am just starting to really get into it. I am of the generation of people who were not raised on computers, iPhones and the rest of the exciting things the younger ones have today, but this is a challenge to learn all this, and I am excited to do it. The salespeople were very helpful, positive and nice. Your building was spotless and attractive inside and out. More
