Came in for an odd brake issue and after a new set of brakes and bringing it back a second day the issue is still hasn’t been resolved. Find it a little weird the recommendation they suggested was keep brakes and bringing it back a second day the issue is still hasn’t been resolved. Find it a little weird the recommendation they suggested was keep driving until it gets worse. Problem is it seems unsafe to drive like this. Everyone was really nice and tried to help. No issues there. Just not happy with current state of my truck and no immediate fix for it. More

The service is for most part exceptional when I have my car service. There was no change in this time. However, I was little taken back when I had to pay for the additional days for the loaner due extende car service. There was no change in this time. Ian very thank for opportunity to have a vehicle to drive because I would have been stranded. The delivery of the part was out of my control. I really feel like the pricing should have been reduced off the the total price or possibly free. I will continue to bring my car for service for professional and courteous service. I was just very surprised and confused at the outcome of this. More
