We had been looking for a nice, used Honda Civic Coupe for our son for a while. When we found a car on autotrader.com, Jab went out of his way to follow up with us. It would have been easy to dismiss thi for our son for a while. When we found a car on autotrader.com, Jab went out of his way to follow up with us. It would have been easy to dismiss this car because of the distance from our home, but Jab reassured us that we would not be disappointed. We had to travel almost 5 hours to get to their dealership, and when we arrived, we were greeted by Jab. He had come in, even though it was his day off. He helped us find the BEST CAR, we couldn't be happier. It was even better than described on autotrader and Jab was right, we were not disappointed! The dealership is well appointed, we were very comfortable while we were waiting for all of the processing to go through. Very clean, great T.V. area, with awesome coffee. There were even laptops for customers to use, if wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking for a car, and I would give Jab's name. Jab was very professional but friendly. It was like we had known him all along, and he was genuine. Roxanne, the financial person, was a great help too. I will be shopping for another car in less than 2 years, for our daughter, and would travel the distance again to get that great customer service. I hope that Jab is there, I trust him. More

We recently bought our first new SUV, Honda Pilot 2012 -Touring. Jab Rahman was our sales guy. Because, our selected color was not available we have to wait for around 5 weeks. It was hard but for the pr -Touring. Jab Rahman was our sales guy. Because, our selected color was not available we have to wait for around 5 weeks. It was hard but for the price it was worth. Jab made the wait easier. He called us and keep us up-to-date on the delivery times and answered all our questions during that time. We got the car delivered on the date it was promised and there were no surprises. Jab made the delivery process very pleasant and clear. As any other sales person he presented all the option on car accessories , protection packages and warranty but he was not at all pushy. I never felt the pressure to buy anything which I did not want. In-fact he helped me figure out what I really need and want I don't need. I always felt the friendly environment during the entire time. I would highly recommended Jab and Valley honda to others. Keep up the good work.! More

Valley Honda is a great place to do business. Jab Rahman was our sales person and he worked really hard for us. He was careful with our time, making sure we didn't have to wait around for decisions. He was not pushy like so many other salesman at other dealers. We'd have walked out if he were. He listened to us to understand what we wanted, and then went to work. Our car came in one day before my wife was to leave town, so he pushed to get it ready so she could see it before she left. I recommend seeing Jab if you want a Honda - you'll be glad. More

I just had my most pleasant new car buying experience in which I feel that Jab Rahman played a significant role. Jab Rahman was instrumental in efficiently and effectively coordinating the test drive, the a which I feel that Jab Rahman played a significant role. Jab Rahman was instrumental in efficiently and effectively coordinating the test drive, the appraisal of the trade-in vehicle and obtaining favorable pricing. The trip to the finance office went smooth. The vehicle was customer ready in a short amount of time (The car looked great!). I saw Jab Rahman take the extra effort to dry off a single drop of water from my newly delivered Element! I appreciate Jab Rahman's attention to my concerns before and after the sale. I was never bored. I feel Jab can help others as he helped me. He is committed to customer satisfaction. He's a smart guy who knows money matters as well. If you purchase a car from Jab, ask him to buy you a Coke.:) More

when I was doing my home work for a new car I want to other Honda dealers and my last stop was the Valley Honda. Jab was very helpful when the car I had seen on line was no longer available. He showed me options within the price range I wanted to be at. As a woman I was not looking forward to car shopping without a man to help with the negotiation, but Jab was so nice and helpful I would not hesitate to do it again (though I hope that is not necessary for many years to come). I recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Valley Honda and my salesman was Jab Rehman. It was a seamless process from the time I asked for a quote of the vehicle price to the time I drove off the dealership my salesman was Jab Rehman. It was a seamless process from the time I asked for a quote of the vehicle price to the time I drove off the dealership especially because I am living about 4 hours away from the dealership.Everyone at Valley Honda were very friendly and honest in the way they went about dealing with my new car purchase which made the whole experience of buying a car a wonderful one.Jab in particular was very helpful in that he would always follow up on my questions and also keep me posted on any latest developments as my vehicle was ordered from the factory.In all it was a great experience and I would recommend Valley Honda and Jab Rehman to anyone who wants to buy a new car. We had a great shopping experience at Valley Honda. I am living in a city 100 miles away from Naperville. Within an hour of requesting an online quote, I received a response from Jab Rahman. That quote was very tempting and we decided to visit the dealership next day. I had so many questions on the 2011 Honda Accord before making a purchase decision. Jab was very friendly; he explained all the features patiently as we did the test drive. After coming back, when we started the negotiations, I still got few outstanding concerns. Jab came with us for a second test drive and helped as to clear our concerns. He took us to the inventory lot and showed the different trim levels/other colors for the new Honda Accord; that helped us a lot in making our decision on which color and trim level to choose. Jab could get us a great price that was almost $4,000 less than the quote I received from the dealership at my city. The friendly nature of Jab as well us his patience in answering our questions made our purchasing experience truly unique. We left the dealership with our new car as well us with great new friends. More
