Jab was a very helpful dealer. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the right vehicle for us. He was very friendly and always trying to go out of his way to help us. I would definitely com questions and helped us find the right vehicle for us. He was very friendly and always trying to go out of his way to help us. I went to Valley Honda with the intention of buying a used car. It had to be the right car (color,options), in the right condition (low miles), and for the right price. I worked with Jab Rahman(Salesm used car. It had to be the right car (color,options), in the right condition (low miles), and for the right price. I worked with Jab Rahman(Salesman) on selecting a potential car. It was a 2009 LX Accord. Jab was very honest with me about the car. We discussed the price of the car but could not agree. Kurt Gonzalez(Sales Mgr) stepped in, and after some negotiating, we arrived at a price that was fair for the car. A week after I had the car, I noticed several things that needed attention. I brought the car back to dealership. I met with Jab and Kurt and they made sure that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. This was the second car that I bought from Valley Honda, and my third Honda. I would recommend Valley Honda to anyone looking for a new car. More

As a first-time car buyer who was not excited at the prospect of wheeling and dealing to get a good car deal, I was extremely pleased to find a dealership with salespeople who were straightforward, hone prospect of wheeling and dealing to get a good car deal, I was extremely pleased to find a dealership with salespeople who were straightforward, honest and helpful. Valley Honda not only gave me a honest and haggle-free deal that beat any competitor's offer in the Naperville/Aurora area but they also made themselves extremely available and helpful by letting me contact my salesperson by phone/text, taking time to explain various aspects of the car, touring the facility and ultimately working out a payment plan that was affordable for me. I cannot say enough to recommend this quality dealership to those who maybe on a budget but are still looking for a first-class car buying experience. More

Honda Valley is a great Upscale Suburban dealership with friendly customer service. I specifically worked with Jab who was honest which really caught my eye. If he did not no an answer to a question he woul friendly customer service. I specifically worked with Jab who was honest which really caught my eye. If he did not no an answer to a question he would take the time to find the right answer from the proper source. In past experience I have seen a salesman tell me the answer I wanted to hear rather than giving me the straight forward honest truth. The transaction was smooth and simple. To my surprise, after going to multiple dealers Jab offered me the best price right from the start! More

I initially communicated with Jab via email. He always repsonded in a timely manner to my mutliple questions and information requests. He also clearly and simply explained and outlined all the various fe repsonded in a timely manner to my mutliple questions and information requests. He also clearly and simply explained and outlined all the various fees, costs, taxes, etc that I would pay if I purchased my specific car. Once I met him at the dealership to purchase my new car, he was very friendly, knowledgable, showed me my car so I could approve before I signed any documents, continually stopped to ask if I had any questions and made the overall process extremely pleasant. Finally, once I had paid for the car, he took the extra time to sit with me in my car (until after 10PM - note the dealership closed at 9PM!) to review with my all the features (set up Bluetooth, adjust the seats, set up the radio, etc). He even helped empty out my child car seat from my trade-in! Finally, the next day, Jab called to follow-up to make sure I was happy with my new car, that I didn't have any problems, and to remind me to schudule an appt to have my accessories put on my car. Overall, Jab made the entire car buying experience from beginning to end the MOST enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had (and I've purchased a handful of cars in the past). More
