The new COO (Nate) clearly thinks this is Fred Haas TOYOTA and that cost cutting without researching and validating the affect on sales, return sales, service, etc. is a professionally sound approach. Well, I am about to buy another this year. Daughter next year. Unless the porter service is provided, we will no longer buy any vehicle nor service from any company owned by Friedkin. 2 times not washing the car, a breakdown getting the "complete message to Daniel", thus, car was not ready for more than an hour which disrupted p/u of special needs son.
