Our daughter worked hard and saved up for her down payment for her first car . Mr. Jah Hall was our salesman. His sales tactics were non predatory and very easy going and comfortable. Once we came to the dealership to view and test drive the vehicle, Mr. Jah Hall patiently walked us through the whole process and made she our daughter understood her paperwork and what services she would be receiving. After consideration and thought, she made her first purchase with Hall Honda. We did have some minor hiccups with the delivery of the vehicle but nothing that Mr. Louis Vu (service manager) and Mr. Richard Barrera (General Sales Manager) couldn’t take care of and helped make our daughters first car buying experience a good one.
