Worst overall experience I've ever had I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue around the 1st of July. When the vehicle was purchased, we negotiated a chrome rear bumper plate due to the excessive scr I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue around the 1st of July. When the vehicle was purchased, we negotiated a chrome rear bumper plate due to the excessive scratches on the top of the bumper, they were supposed to transfer my plates, and they couldn't find the duplicate key fob so they were going to mail it to me. I drove from Springfield, IL to purchase this vehicle. On my way home, as I was turning, I noticed a clicking noise coming from my left cv boot. I tried contacting James Bertram and letting him know of the mechanical issues that I was experiencing and I got no return call. I did follow up calls about the clicking noise, the key fob, plates, and bumper guard with no return calls or emails. I placed over a dozen calls just in the month of July. I did get to talk to general manager that ended up blowing me off too. As frustration sat in, I decided to go ahead and drive to the dealership on July 31st, one day before my plates were to expire. They gave me a new temp tag and checked my steering. They did an alignment, but said that since there has not been a failure, they could not fix it. I believe that if there is clicking when you steer, something has failed, They gave me a story about a burglar coming in and taking my extra key fob and then played dumb about the bumper guard being ordered. A few days after leaving there my free 3 month trial of SiriusXM had expired only after the 1st month. Again, called James, no answer from him. Left a message to call and no response. Called back a few hours later and finally got to talk with him. He said that he would resend a signal. I asked about the bumper guard, he said he would follow up on it. I asked him about the key fob, and he said it was from a Nissan and thought it was mine. He said he would mail it to me, but never did. Worst experience that I've ever had with a large dealership. I now continue to drive with clicking every time that I turn. Not sure what to do about the bumper guard or key fob. I went ahead and chopped the SiriusXM trial up as a loss. I would hope I wouldn't have to do that for the rest. Probably will have to since I don't exist after purchasing a vehicle from this company. More

Almost a wasted trip I bought the extended warranty to cover my car bumper-to-bumper up to 100,000 miles/10yrs. My reverse camera is going out and when I made the appointm I bought the extended warranty to cover my car bumper-to-bumper up to 100,000 miles/10yrs. My reverse camera is going out and when I made the appointment to replace/repair it, it was covered but after they checked it out I was told that it wasn't covered under my policy. Two different people were suppose to call me back about this but it's been over two weeks and I still have not received a call. More

Sales team was great. Finance manager was rude and disrespe I had a fantastic sales team but awful experience with finance manager.
