James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

Happy and Stress-Free Buying Experience I had gone to another competitor but I left disappointed because I did not feel good about what they were trying to sell me. It was not what I wanted I had gone to another competitor but I left disappointed because I did not feel good about what they were trying to sell me. It was not what I wanted and the whole process was stressful. I am happy that I chose Heiser Toyota and I had the pleasure of having James Hicks as my sales consultant. He made the buying experience stress-free and answered all of my questions. He was very detailed when explaining the features of the car and I felt very comfortable making my final decision to purchase the car. I did not expect to take delivery so soon but I was confident that I was making the right decision after working with James. Picking up the car was also stress-free. James was there and took care of the final details to putting on the license plates. I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience and I will recommend him to others that may be looking for a car. More

Sales person James Hicks was awesome as well as other associates. James was very pleasant, professional, friendly and very helpful with us. He really helped us a lot and I would recommend to all my friends this place and James as a sales person. I also have to acknowledge Goran Filipovic, finance manager, who helped us as well, very much. Goran was very professional, friendly and detail oriented. He explained to us very clearly everything we had asked and walk us thru the process of financing so easy.
