James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

Wonderful My family and I were looking for a minivan and my mom had recently bought a minivan from Heiser Toyota. She suggested that we should work with her s My family and I were looking for a minivan and my mom had recently bought a minivan from Heiser Toyota. She suggested that we should work with her sales rep James. I was so happy that she suggested it, he not only found us a minivan he found us a great Sienna in our price range. I thought that it would be months before we had any luck finding a Sienna I our price range. We were so lucky to be working with James because he worked hard to find it for us. It only was a couple weeks and it is a beauty. Also, the dealership is very clean, everyone is polite and welcoming. They have free snacks and beverages, which I have never seen at any of the other dealerships. More

His no nonsense and no xxxxxxxx attitude was greatly appreciated. My purchase experience fell apart when dealing with finance who had me waiting and waiting and waiting. I was the last one out of the dealership that night (even after many employees had left) because the finance guy who I had an appointment with bumped me for a pretty young woman. My advice, close your deal early in the day! More

mom's minivan floor mats matter!!!! I would recommend this particular dealership as we are happy with our lease, customer service & all of the oil changes & we worked with James Hicks (I I would recommend this particular dealership as we are happy with our lease, customer service & all of the oil changes & we worked with James Hicks (I'm not certain who sold my husband the floor mats) who was great but I'm super frustrated at the moment!! We leased a Toyota Sienna and for Christmas, the only thing I really wanted was floor mats since I'm always hauling kids & WI weather so my wonderful hubby went to the dealership & spent $180ish on official "Toyota sienna mini van mats" that do not work in our mini van. I took them with me to 2 oil changes, hoping someone would be able to help me install them properly and both times, the guys laid them on the floor & said that's how they are suppose to go. Every time you need to move a seat or the kids climb into the back, you need to remove these stupid, heavy duty mats (for me, I'm moving these mats like 10 times a day & some times they have to sit with me on the front seat if the bucket seats need to be closer to the front to give more leg room to the kids in the third row). Tonight, my friends stopped by and have the SAME minivan with PERFECT FITTING MATS that do not need to be taken out when you move the seat AND they were thrown in for FREE at a dealership in Green Bay!!!!! These stupid mats have been a source of frustration for me (and my hubby but he's less reluctant to admit this) on a daily basis for 2.5 years yet we needed them so the floor wouldn't get so dirty & I wasn't about to spend more money on floor mats for a vehicle we didn't even own. Prior to seeing our friend's van, we decided when our lease is up, we are purchasing a Honda because we've researched the floor mats & found a place that will install the best for pretty reasonable since we are buying now!! My advice... Do not live with unruly floor mats for years & years!!! There's a perfect fit somewhere!!!!!! More

Knowledgable and Great to work with Back in February I was looking for my next vehicle. Originally torn between the Equinox and the RAV4 in the end the Toyota won. new 2015 Sienna purchase James greeted my daughter and I when we arrived to look at the 2015 Siennas. He asked how he could help and I said, all I want is something I can get James greeted my daughter and I when we arrived to look at the 2015 Siennas. He asked how he could help and I said, all I want is something I can get from Point A to Point B in. I do not need all the bells and whistles. He responded with...I hear you. From there, it was a very pleasant buying experience. He brought a van around for us to get into, showed us the features (though a higher level model than we were looking for), just so we could see some of the features in the new models. I drove it a bit, and we went back in to talk. They did not have the model on their lot that I wanted, but, found it and had it on their lot in just a couple of days. I can't say enough about how much he was willing to work with us, and how fast the whole process was able to go. I am very happy with my new van, still getting to know all the new stuff! But, it is very comfortable, handles very nicely, and is much quieter than my older model 2007 Sienna. James was fun to talk to, and get to know. James has a lot of knowledge about the vehicles he sells. When we picked it up, he even synced my phone with the system, and went over everything inside once again. I will continue to bring this new van in for servicing, as I had done with the 2007. Service dept. has always been great, with working with my schedule and keeping on track of whatever the vehicle needed. Thank you. More

TRUE customer service/appreciation I walked into to Heiser Toyota bright eyed and bushy tailed... Anxious to find the car of my dreams! In walks James and my whole life changed! He gree I walked into to Heiser Toyota bright eyed and bushy tailed... Anxious to find the car of my dreams! In walks James and my whole life changed! He greeted me with a warm smile, firm handshake and I knew I was in the right place. I let him know what I felt was in my budget and what my personal preferences were. He immediately took me to the lot! Fighting fierce winds, he introduced me to the love of my life: an all black 2013 Toyota Camry! After working out the numbers with their AWESOME SUPER AMAZING fiance team, who worked WONDERS with my payments, I walked away as a preferred member of Heiser Toyota... Elated and Fully Zurig treated! I am forever grateful for my Heiser family, who treated me with nothing but love and respect! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! I highly recommend stopping by Heiser to ANYONE looking to purchase a car... New or used! The experience alone is something worth more than gold! More

Excellent Stress-Free Buying Experience My husband and I took a short departure from Toyota to try another brand and came back four months later to correct that mistake. We drove an hour to Heiser to look at several certified used Siennas. James was incredibly knowledgable and was able to point out differences not only between the '11 and '13 models at which we were looking, he was also able make comparisons between the newer models and the '06 we traded in over the summer. As with many car buying experiences, the process can be lengthy. Our test drive was scheduled at 6:30 and we decided fairly quickly that we were ready to make the leap and go ahead with a sale. James and Brett from finance were great and kept us entertained, even through the paperwork, and were very kind when it took past closing to get everything taken care of. We would absolutely return to Heiser and want to thank James, Brett and Steve for making our transition back home to Toyota a stress-free and easy one. More
