James was fine but I just called for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It’s Sept 6 and you’re booked out through the 27th. I typically can only do weekends. Oct 1 wasn’t free. I now have to schedule elsewhere for an oil change and tire rotation. Now that my car is beyond 100,000 miles, there’s less incentive to return for dealer service. More

Routine maintenance should not take 3 and one-half hours. I wasn't told it would take this long and never offered to me an uber or loaner.
