I have been happy with the service department until recently. It has really gone downhill. I couldn’t get an oil change for 3 weeks and then had a terrible experience during the oil change. I was more than pleased with the way Sal handled my recent visit to your dealership. I was worried about my transmission and right away, Sal made me feel he cared about my concern. He went to work to recent visit to your dealership. I was worried about my transmission and right away, Sal made me feel he cared about my concern. He went to work to see that my car was properly taken care of. Later, when I came back, he was busy with another customer, and his coworker, James, treated me with the same respect and honest determination to get things right. It completely changed my perspective of the dealership. If you can hire two fine guys like that, you must be doing something right. It was a pleasure, even though I had a problem! More

This is the second time that I have taken my 2018 Hyundai Sonata in for service. I have experienced exceptional customer service both times. James McCormick, Service Rep., assisted me on Friday, June 3rd, 2 Sonata in for service. I have experienced exceptional customer service both times. James McCormick, Service Rep., assisted me on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 with a mechanical problem As a female who knows very little about cars it’s critical to me to be able to trust my service rep. It was the first time I met him but right from the start he was very friendly and helpful. I briefly explained my problem to him and he told me they could do a quick diagnostic free of charge. He came back in a short time and explained that it could be one of two things, reassured me that the part of the repair would be covered by my warranty, which I had completely forgotten about and then outlined the repair process. I felt confident that he knew exactly what had to be done and would treat me fairly with any recommended repairs. I’d highly recommend James as the “go to” guy in the service department to ask for help. Rosie Lumetta More
