After his professional presentation, and thorough knowledge of the car, I thought for sure I would be paying James more than all the other quotes I had gotten. He demonstrated so much value in doing business with him and the dealership, I gladly paid the price he offered, which by the way, was absolutely competitive. I would have expected the price would be way higher, for all of the value he brought to the table. What a pleasure. Even if they were more expensive, James and VW Huntington would be worth it. I absolutely recommend him. More

I had been looking for a manual transmission vehicle for a while, and it was until I corresponded with James before I realized that none were around, but no-one else told us this. James portrayed no pushy sales tactics, he was very transparent in our dealings and show a very honest demeanor. He took the time and provided us with everything we needed. He stood with us all through the process, cutting no corners, he was just a wonderful guardian the whole time we were there. Bob Puccio was also very patience he explained everything to us, he offered us the various options, was very flexibly and straight forward. I had no problem with the financing process. This is definitely one of the best dealership I ever visited. More

We had been looking for a car and have had a couple of calls and email exchanges from James. He took his time to present options, sound tradeoffs and availed himself even on late Sunday afternoons to help us. All with no pushy sales tactics, all in a very transparent and honest manner. He took the time and provided us all relevant aspects for the VW Tiguan 2017 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition we were considering and when we met in a matter of a couple of hours we drove home with our new VW. He took care of the lease car we were returning and even availed himself the next day for followup questions. I would highly recommend going first to James if you want the smoothest ever car transaction. James and VW of Huntington set the bar for other dealerships to follow. Thank you James! More

I called him late one afternoon to discuss the purchase & he listened to exactly what I was looking - 2016 Passat White with Beige internal w/tech package. I drove out to meet him & he was there ready to work with me - he quickly understood what I was looking, Although he didn't have the car on his lot he went out of the way to ensure he would find the car. He did it! Due to a planned vacation I also appreciated the fact I was able to communicate with him via email - he was able to get everything done and had the car ready for pickup when I returned home. I would strongly recommend contacting James @ VW of Huntington directly when you are ready to purchase/lease your next VW. I know you will be happy you did.
