Working with Benzel-Busch Mercedes has always been seamless. After a 3 year lease on my vehicle was up, I decided to purchase my car since I love my Mercedes so much. Most reliable dealership I have ever experienced . Our sales rep was great but the physical delivery of the car was disappointing. My new AMG was sitting outside in rain. It was also cold & dark so the “reveal” was not what I imagined. The original tires we car was disappointing. My new AMG was sitting outside in rain. It was also cold & dark so the “reveal” was not what I imagined. The original tires were put in the cargo area (the dealer was keeping them so they didn’t need to be in the car) and the new tires had not been shined. Car should have been kept indoors until I arrived. I understand safety protocols for Covid but there were much better ways to handle the delivery. More
