We were in the market to purchase a new car. Jason answered all of my questions and was not aggressive as most salesmen are. He performed his job very well as a saleman in which I would not hesitate to recommend him and this dealership to my friends and colleagues. So far we are happy with the car that we purchased and the buying experience was not intimidating.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
Our experience at Toyota of Southern Maryland was the best we have ever had in the purchase of an auto. Jason was extremely patient with our need to find the vehicle that met both need and function. He literally spent hours showing us possibilities, explaining features, and supporting our need to drive several, in addition, he responded to our calls in a timely manner. The other thing we really liked about him was willingness to show us available car/truck comparisons from various sources; he has the April auto issue from "Consumer Reports" sitting right on his desk. We never felt pressured. There are two more possible auto purchases coming up for our family in the coming months; we will be returning to this dealership and finding Jason.

Jason Moritz was so helpful. He helped us in deciding which model was the best fit for us. When we decided on a 2012 Camry, Toyota of Southern Maryland found us the exact Camry we wanted and had it for us in less than 24 hours. Toyota of Southern Maryland was able to give us top dollar for our trade in and reduced the price of our Camry. We will return for future purchases.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
We found ourselves unexpectedly in the car market after my wife’s car was struck from behind. Thankfully my wife was okay, but the car was a total loss. I wanted to get her in a reliable car in for me was relatively short time. I have a history of taking months to buy a car and I never let myself get pressured. In fact, my reactions to the hard sell it to get up and walk. The “we can’t guarantee it tomorrow” approach gets the “then you won’t be selling me a car” response.

In short order, I narrowed my list down to four cars in my desired price range. The Toyota Camry or Prius were two cars on my list. I met Jason Moritz on my first visit to Toyota of Southern Maryland where I wanted just to do a fit check in Prius. At 6’5” I don’t fit comfortably in all cars. Jason was very pleasant and showed me a Prius and did not push a driving test when I said I was not interested. I took that as a good sign. He was very knowledgeable on the Prius mechanics and options. I walked away impressed.

Over the next two days I looked at other cars on my list and did some additional consumer report type research making sure I was only looking at cars with high reliability ratings. Two additional cars I wanted to look were the Toyota Camry and the Hyundai Sonata both of which were sold at dealership Hyundai / Toyota of Southern Maryland. Jason was able to show my wife and I both cars. Prior to showing up I had buyer service quotes from dealerships associated with my Credit Union. After a late Saturday afternoon test drive in both vehicles, we settled on a Toyota Camry. Again there was no hard sell or pressure as we considered models. Jason provided very objective knowledgeable information throughtout the process. In the end, we settled on a Camry LE and when it came time to negotiate price, I countered first offer with price in line with quotes I already had. Final price was satisfactory without any real hard sell or “low ball” type approach. Jason was a true professional throughout sales process and I would highly recommend him to any friends who enter the market.

Working with Jason was very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable with Toyota products, the car specs and most of all VERY professional. It was quick and smooth transaction. Jason ALWAYS answered his phone and kept me informed of everything. He made this a very easy and smooth transaction. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends. This is the third car I purchased with this dealership. I love my RAV4.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
I had done some damage to my brand new car ---hit a high curb, and the Service Manager(Ken ?) was most helpful, when the repair to the front mudguard did not initially hold up. He offered to re-repair it for free, if a local body-shop was not able to handle it through my insurance coverage.
Also I wanted to thank Jason Moritz the sales rep who sold me the PRIUS, for following up after the sale and especially for the courtesy with which he treated my husband and myself during the whole sales process. Please make sure he hears of my comments.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
My wife and I went into Toyota of Southern Maryland after an extremely bad experience at Toyota of Waldorf. We intended on buying a new Toyota Sienna SE and had some very particular reasons for doing so. Due to some other circumstances, we were a little upside down with our trade and needed to get a good deal. After working on a deal on the new SE we decided to go home and think about the numbers before making the big purchase. Not long after getting home, I was called by Myron and he had a couple more scenarios to run by me, one of which was a used 2011 Sienna LE... of which we decided to buy. Long story short... Myron and Jason were very in tune with what we needed and put a lot of time and effort into finding something that would fit our long term financial goals as well as family needs. Myron was open about the numbers and stressed that it was our decision and that they didn't want to strong arm us into anything. Instead, he sought out options for us to consider. Not once did we feel pressured to do anything but take whatever time we needed to make the decision. The GM Michael McKay was very kind and interacted with us regularly. When it came to finance, DJ Diehl was very straightforward about the numbers and worked to get us an awesome interest rate. Again, we didn't feel pressured about add-ons, just informed.

Overall, if we can help it, we won't go anywhere else to buy another vehicle (except that I'm a Dodge truck guy). I'm not trying to sound over the top, I've just bought quite a few vehicles over the years, and this experience was by far the best.
