Maintenance Service Although I had to wait 20 minutes past by appointment, I was greeted with friendly employees. I got Jason Saephanh as my service advisor twice now and Although I had to wait 20 minutes past by appointment, I was greeted with friendly employees. I got Jason Saephanh as my service advisor twice now and he is awesome! Maita Toyota has accommodated me well even though I'm not bringing in a Toyota car. More

REGULAR MAINTENANCE Good customer service. Jason was great, easy to work with. He told me my tires needed to be replace. he also told of an upcoming sales. He made an app Good customer service. Timeliness Not the Best this experience When I arrived to the dealership, I sat and waited while people behind me were getting pulled out of their cars and taken the service advisors. Final When I arrived to the dealership, I sat and waited while people behind me were getting pulled out of their cars and taken the service advisors. Finally someone escorted me to a service advisor, but not the one I was assigned to, a little irritating. Then upon waiting for my vehicle in the afternoon after five hours I called the dealership, and was told by the lady who answered the phone that my service advisor needed to speak with me regarding my car and she couldn’t tell me if my car was ready. I asked for the service advisor to call me right away. When he did call me he stated he try to call me, although I had no missed calls from Maita. I have not run into this situation with this dealership before, I did notice that they were very overwhelmed today with customers and that’s probably what it was. More
