We are an all-Subaru family (once you get used to Subaru's all-wheel drive, you won't want to drive anything else), with a "fleet" of several of them. Even though we bought our first two Subarus from local dealerships, for our third car -- which we purchased four years ago -- we found it well worth the one-hour drive each way from our home to Miller where the buying experience was stellar. At that time, Jay Fralin was our salesperson and he made everything easy. This summer, when it came time to replace our very first Subaru -- a Forester which we originally purchased in 1999 -- we called Jay and, again, he made the car-buying experience a breeze. Over the phone, he gave us a price which no local dealership could match, held the car for us until we had time to make the trip out to Miller, and -- once we got there -- gave us as much time as we needed to decide that it was, indeed, the perfect car for us (with all the great models they have, it can be a bit of a challenge choosing just the right one). Also, for what it's worth, despite the distance from our home, we've chosen to have all of our service work on our Miller-purchased cars at Miller because they do a great job (and include the added bonus of a free car wash). If you are looking to buy a Subaru, we highly recommend going to Miller and working with Jay, who was ably assisted by his son, Eric, and Graham Johns. You will not be disappointed. More

Second wonderful experience Jay and Amie were wonderful and helpful. All the staff could never could do enough for us. We previously had leased a Crosstrek but we decided to try Jay and Amie were wonderful and helpful. All the staff could never could do enough for us. Always Trust Miller Subaru and Jay Fralin ! I have been lucky because I have gotten 4 new Subarus from Miller Subaru so I know what I’m talking about when I say you can put all your trust in Mil I have been lucky because I have gotten 4 new Subarus from Miller Subaru so I know what I’m talking about when I say you can put all your trust in Miller. I have dealt with all the other Subaru dealerships in south Jersey and the contrast between Miller and the other dealers is startling. Miller takes such good care of their customers and you leave there happy and satisfied that you got the best car at the best deal. Jay Fralin has been my salesperson for the past 2 Subarus and what I like about Jay is that he is straightforward and positive, making the process pleasant and simple, always producing the best price and keeping the transaction easy for the customer. He even calls to wish me Happy Birthday and to check on how the car is performing for me. Miller also has the best delivery of cars, with Graham giving a great orientation into the finer points of the vehicle and Miller gives people lots of perks and good reliable service and maintenance. Appointments are easy to make, and they always wash your car when you have it serviced. Thank you to Jay Fralin and all the wonderful people at Miller that make my car ownership so rewarding! More

After visiting a total of six NJ Subaru dealerships, I recently purchased my new vehicle from Miller Subaru in Mt. Holly. Whereas the car-buying experience at other dealers ranged from good to miserable, recently purchased my new vehicle from Miller Subaru in Mt. Holly. Whereas the car-buying experience at other dealers ranged from good to miserable, my experience at Miller Subaru was excellent. First, their pricing was the most competitive of all of the dealers I contacted (note: I would highly recommend that future car buyers contact Miller's internet sales representative, Jessica, via their website or phone, for a price on any vehicle of interest). Second, the atmosphere at Miller was completely professional and friendly (in contrast to some of the high-pressure tactics other dealers employed in an effort to do what they could to get me to buy a car before leaving the showroom); in this regard, I would highly recommend that purchasers meet with Jay (or Jack, who also assisted with my sale). Third, when I picked up my brand new vehicle, it was delivered to me in top-notch condition (whereas, in the past, with some other dealers, there were various issues that needed to be addressed following the sale). Lastly, I was very impressed with the management at the dealership, notably, Carl and Melissa, who made this car-buying experience an excellent one for me -- now, a third-time Subaru purchaser. PS: I would also like to point out that Miller Subaru is located over an hour's drive from my home. Given the outstanding experience I had there, however, I would highly encourage others -- particularly those who, like me, do not live in the immediate vicinity -- to make Miller a destination location for your next Subaru purchase. My sales rep (Jay) didn't try oversell me (you don't need a moonroof air deflector he said) or try to be the best friend I ever had. The negotiation process was straightforward, with no shenanigans in finance (Aaron) afterwards. Once the vehicle was ready, Jay helped acquaint me with the vehicle and even paired my iPhone with the audio system. More

This was the third dealership we went to that day, and, the first to act as if they cared. In other words, once someone was available to work with us, we had his undivided attention until we left. The customer was the most important person in the room and no sales "pitches" or force were used in making our decision. In fact, we were both encouraged to test drive the car we were interested in, and when we got back from that test drive, we knew we had found the right place and car. I also love that the car can be serviced right there when that needs to be done. It is the first new car I have ever purchased and it was an excellent experience - and, we love the car! More
