My sales experience 7 months ago was great. However it should had been disclosed the RAV4 would need a front break replacement very soon, $250. I had no idea what the grinding was. The first maintenance I was told the breaks were fine. The grinding continued to get louder. I drive my young grandkids in my car. The second maintenance, I needed a break job. I went to my trust mechanic, I didn’t trust your mechanics. This has nothing to do Nick, he was fine, but I would never use your service department again. More

This is the second time my experience here was horrible with the service department. After my car was there for 4 days and I was assured by Jeanette and Alvin that it was detailed I arrived to a car that h with the service department. After my car was there for 4 days and I was assured by Jeanette and Alvin that it was detailed I arrived to a car that hadn’t even been vacuumed, let alone detailed. Jeffrey was not helpful and Izeah was absolutely rude and dismissive. No one took ownership of the fact that the work was not done nor understood I can’t transport my child back and forth in an Uber. The expectation was that I had to spend all Saturday at the dealership with my 4 y/o child for them to clean the car or take an Uber home without a car seat for my child and have no access to a car. After I took my car home and emailed Jeannette the response was again an offer of Uber or I could rent a car so that I have access to a vehicle while Toyota corrected their mistakes. I was transferred to Brian ultimately who’s tone on the phone was just nasty. To be treated as a nuisance when I’m Toyota keeps not completing the services expected is beyond frustrating. Brian did tersely agree to give a loaner vehicle and set a service date. However, the wasted time and energy spent on this were unacceptable. To be treated so Poorly (especially with my child and elderly mother present) when Toyota created the problem was just insulting. More

Truly Thankful My Husband and I were at the Dealership in Elk Grove for service on his Tundra. I thought I would drop in and ask if there has been any headway in the Scout GPS problem we have been having.After explaining things to J.Blair, She made us comfortable then returned with Jeremy Coffelt, He in turn brought out Jon Thompson, they had already figured out how to solve our problem. We were shown two vehicles that met our needs and actually surpassed any and everything else we had in mind!!!! Jeremy put us into a new Tacoma with the GPS I originally wanted, the extras were icing on the cake. I have never been so impressed. It even brought me to tears, I felt that I were the only customer at Toyota. We are Grateful beyond words. Thank you. Jim & Patty M. More
