A difficult transaction involving two high cost vehicles - one being traded in and one being purchased. This further complicated through the application of external financing - all managed very well through - one being traded in and one being purchased. We ended up in a good place - not fully satisfied- but happy with the outcome which is the definition of a successful negotiation for both parties.
