Frustrated Jeff Rizzi was great and worked with me on my initial issue. He advised me about GM support for some of the cost, due to us purchasing 5 GM vehicles. Jeff Rizzi was great and worked with me on my initial issue. He advised me about GM support for some of the cost, due to us purchasing 5 GM vehicles. Os for the frustration, My car was not ready the first second or third day they told me. I had some major work done and was told I was going to be charged for a full oil change. The work they completed l, they had to drain the oil anyway. Frustrated. Charged me for an oil filter and labor. They did not fill any other fluids, did not change the reminder sticker, did not reset the oil life. Very frustrating. More

Lied About Service Needed I went in for an oil change and one of the service people came out with a dirty cabin air filter. He showed it to me and said it was 80% full and woul I went in for an oil change and one of the service people came out with a dirty cabin air filter. He showed it to me and said it was 80% full and would need to be replaced today. It didn’t look like my air cabin filter so I asked if it was mine and he said yes. I said ok, well take me to my car and put it in then and he said “oh, well this isn’t your air filter, but yours needs to be replaced too”. I said no thank you and they brought my car around, without washing it and I left. I think it is unsavory business practices to lie to customer about services needed. He assumed I was a dumb that could easily be manipulated and lied too. I won’t be returning for future service and have warned my friends and family of the practice. More
