Trust worthy and Respected Dale Cook has been our Sales Representative for well over 10 years. We have been to other luxury car dealers in the Princeton area where we have expe Dale Cook has been our Sales Representative for well over 10 years. We have been to other luxury car dealers in the Princeton area where we have experience constant turnover of sales representatives and service advisors. The sales representatives at these other dealerships are rather aloof while the service departments are unaccommodating especially in taking you in for emergency service and not explaining, to my standards, the problem with the vehicle. This constant turnover of business relationship partners made it difficult to establish trust and continuity. Because of these challenges at other dealerships in the local area, the trust and credibility that Dale and the dealership have built with us, and knowing that we can rely on Dale and MB Princeton to meet our specific requirements for a vehicle, we highly recommend MB Princeton for your vehicle needs. Dealer will not honor new car warranty I have owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles for over the past 10 years getting a new vehicle ever 2-3 years. I have never had a need for warranty repair until I have owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles for over the past 10 years getting a new vehicle ever 2-3 years. I have never had a need for warranty repair until now. What a complete failure! My 2013 S-Class left my wife and kids roadside nearly 2 weeks ago. Towed to the local dealer, 24hrs later I told that my 1 year old under warranty S-Class will not be covered and the repair will be $31,000+ due to lack of oil change. That is simply not true other than I did not have the oil changed by MB! I contacted corporate MB to dispute the dealers statement that the repair will not be covered under warranty. I was told someone would call me back within 24 hrs. The following day I heard from someone who captured the information and told me she would handle it and I would hear from her soon. That was 10 days ago. No return phone calls! I called this corporate contact 4 days ago for an update and she informed me she has no update for me and would call me back. No return phone call! It has been 12 days, we are without our S-Class, and I have been renting a car myself while waiting on MB. I am disgusted by the poor service provided by Mercedes-Benz! This is supposed to be a luxury brand that you pay a premium price and have an expectation of better than average service. That could not be any further than what my experience is. This is the first time I have ever needed warranty of a Mercedes-Benz and this is a complete and utter failure! It has come to an attempt using social media to reach someone at MB that cares to service the issue since the "normal" channels have yielded my no results not even a return phone call. More

We are always in great hands with Team Napierkowski!!! My husband has been looking at the S550 for years now, but settled on a ML350 in 2010; it was a good choice for the family at the time. However,when it was time to move on from his ML350 we picked up the phone and called Princeton MB immediately. As usual, Gary remembered exactly what we wanted,!! He also he knows that we don't like to play games and dicker around on pricing, and that we would make a decision immediately if he found us he right car and deal!! We wanted black on black, just like the new 2012 E350 he sold us.. He asked us to be patient and said he would find exactly what we were looking for. Just a few days later, he had it, we drove it, we loved it and we bought it. My husband is really enjoying it and his golf clubs fit much much better!!! We could not have done it with the help, and commitment to service from Gary. It is always a pleasure to deal with Gary. Jeff Hirtler in service should also be recognized for the tremendous customer experience he always brings to the table each and every time we are in there!!! He is tremendous, a true asset to the Service Team!!! More

Excellent! I am very appreciative of the service I recently received in the Service Department. He not only got my car in for service in a timely fashion, but also was able to get all of the work completed to my total satisfaction. I will continue to recommend Princeton Mercedes (even though I live closer to Cherry Hill) because of the excellent service that I have received in both the Sales and Service Department. More

Quick and Easy Alex had all the paperwork ready to go and there was no "waiting around" while things needed to be filled out.
