He knew the cars inside and out and did not exhibit a salesy attitude, but rather, a genuine appreciation and affinity for VW cars. I didn't feel pressured or pushed to make a decision at any point, and I ended up getting a really solid deal that I could feel good about and own. I highly recommend Jens for all your VW needs.
