Our sales consultant, Jens Albrecht, made us feel very comfortable from the first moment we entered his office and was quite knowledgeable. He answered all our questions related to the car and the purchasing process. Once all the paperwork was done and we left the dealership, Jens stayed in touch via e-mail to answer any question or request any necessary documents. When we went to pick up the car a number of days later, Jens spent an hour going through all the features of the car with us; very patiently I might add! We had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from the Wellesley VW dealership and working with Jens was truly a pleasure. My salesperson, Jens Albrecht, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The process was smooth and efficient. When the time came to pick up my new Passat, Jens and his finance manager had me in and out in about an hour. This was amazing to me.
