The next person that made this a positive experience was David in finance. He was such a great guy. He actually researched different banks to get me the best possible rate and he did!!! I had a very good experience with the guys at Colonial Hudson. I came in for a Jeep Unlimited Wrangler. There was one with the color I wanted on the lot, but not the options I was looking for. They were Hudson. I came in for a Jeep Unlimited Wrangler. There was one with the color I wanted on the lot, but not the options I was looking for. They were not pushy and were more than happy to order me one from factory. I worked with Jerell, who is very knowledgeable about the Jeep. He was very polite and did not sound pushy at all during the negotiating process. He also took me around the back where the service guys were to have a look at their jeeps. At the end I got a reasonable deal. They were also very responsive with emails - within a day. I would certainly recommend them. More

Upon arrival he was very professional,polite and did a great job helping us with our deal. The manager Michael Ballos was awesome and helped me with some glitches on my decision. I spent 10yrs in the automotive sales buisness. As for the F&I office,its never been such an easy and relaxing experiance. Ray Jimenez the buisness manager was extremely informative,and a pleasure to do buisness with. My overall opinion is that its one of the finest automotive dealerships in ma.
