My Bad for not updating So it's been almost a year since I posted my initial review of Bournival Jeep and my bad. So after my first visit and post I was contacted multiple times by several of the sales and management team at the dealership. I was given time to be heard about my concerns and how disappointed I was. The dealership connected me with Jeremy Brockton in the sales department, after multiple emails I returned to the dealership and met with Jeremy. He was attentive and well prepared having pulled 3 different Jeeps off the lot for me to look at. Long story short Jeremy and the finance manager are the reason I purchased my jeep there. Since my purchase I have been completely satisfied with my interactions w the dealership and both the sales and service department. I would recommend Bournival and Jeremy for your next Jeep purchase More

Perfect experience I never bought a new car before I came to Bournvial Jeep in Portsmouth. I did a ton of research before hand: I had my heart set on a Nissan Xterra un I never bought a new car before I came to Bournvial Jeep in Portsmouth. I did a ton of research before hand: I had my heart set on a Nissan Xterra until I researched used vehicles and some of the disappointments of the new vehicles, I looked at Subarus but I wanted something that had more power but with similar gas mileage, I looked at the ever reliable Toyota but I wanted a vehicle with a manual transmission. Finally, I decided on a Jeep, so I researched how to deal with a dealership since I have had unpleasant run ins at previous dealerships back down south. So I did my homework about the practicalities of driving a car (yea sounds silly but trust me, there are things you don't think about like for me -driving ~50 miles a day between work and back - that's a long time in the car, it better be comfortable). I called in and spoke with my salesman, Jeremy, and he full heartedly supported my request to test drive a new Jeep Renegade Latitude from Portsmouth back to the house to get a true feel of what I was getting into. That car is SO MUCH FUN to drive! He walked me through everything that I had questions about, helped teach me how to work the navigation system, bluetooth settings, USB settings, radio, settings for speed limit overage warnings, how to work the middle screen on the dashboard that toggles between the tire pressure, fuel economy, text messages, etc. He was very patient with my requests and making sure I knew what I was getting into. Jessica in the finance department was fabulous in getting me approved for the Renegade with a bit more bells and whistles than I needed, but I definitely deserve :) I never thought the process could actually be fun, but I got lucky with the staff I got to interact with that day. Normally I would try to take the sticker of a dealership off after I purchase the vehicle, but I proudly sport Bournvial Jeep in the back of my black beauty of a beast 75th anniversary 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude. Talk about some Jeep love happening in my life. Wanna go to a reliable, no gimmicks, and awesome dealership to trade in or purchase a vehicle? I highly recommend you do your homework and let these guys help you out!!!! They will have my loyalty as long as I am in the NH area :) <3 More

sat service at bournival ok so call me brand loyal .... 6 wranglers under my belt lifetime ..... an now a jeep renegade ... as i had to get a sticker for my now year old r ok so call me brand loyal .... 6 wranglers under my belt lifetime ..... an now a jeep renegade ... as i had to get a sticker for my now year old renegade that i waited for the 1 st one to come to the showroom floor we alway enjoyed it with no major issues .... there were some pc ubgrades that needed to be done at no charge ... it took longer than expected but bruce an kayla were amazing ... after consumin ok more than my fair share of free popcorn an ringdings , the vibrating chairs basdicly put me to sleep .... the saleman jeramy i purchased a few vehicles from came over a few time to basicly be a friend more than a sales rep ... showin me pic of a cool hemi build of a wrangler an letting me in on some mopar news about a wrangler truck possibly in the makin .... the finance girl can be seen runnin up an down from buildin to buildin .. but yet stoppin to tell us ... yup fresh pop corn is on ..... after an hour bruce an kayla both same out an informed us there were over 10 updates to the pc an it was a slow process.... they handed me the keys of a new jeep an we got to explore ryr beach an a local eatery while we waited ..... how do recall all their names.... it becasue they truly went out of their way to make sure they could do whatever they could to give me a pleasant experiance at the dealer ship not just prior to the sale .... post sale i am still thrilled with the entire team an will always drive the 30 miles from manchester for anythin jeep related ... when my wrangler needs its 1st oil change i am gonna bring a container of milk ..... yup ring dings .. funnybones an the vibrating seats sign me up ....... attaboy to all... More

Awesome Dealership!! From the minute we drove onto the lot, we had a great experience. No pressure .....our salesman, Jeremy, was great. Great to work with. I decided on a jeep to purchase and amazingly enough, I was done in 45 or so minutes. Including test drive, trade negation etc.....for us that was amazing, we've been been at other dealers for 4 hours. Came back and met with Jessica in finance, again very quick and efficient. All docs were done, and done correctly. Delivery of my jeep took about 15 minutes. Just yesterday, I had to visit the service dept. for a defective valve on my tire --- got a flat after washing my jeep. I met Bruce....with the service department closing soon. I figured we would have to leave the tire and come back, but nope, tells us to be patient, he would take care of in about 30 minutes. WOW. This kind of stuff is unheard of.......I would highly recommend this dealership ??. They are AWESOME. More

It was a highly desired used vehicle, and they could've sold it to someone who was a lot easier to deal with. I was a state away and didn't have my plates yet. The owner picked me up, and then they had a driver follow me home with dealer plates 60 miles away so I could keep the car until my plates came in. Awesome... and they have massage chairs. Really nice massage chairs. Everyone is friendly, honest, so much better than my local Jeep dealer. Jeremy was helpful from start to finish and had a solution for every hiccup we ran into. Even though it's another state away I'm coming back for all my service needs, and to sit in those massage chairs. I know just from meeting the owner that the service department is going to be honest about any future service I need. More

Since moving to NH, I have been a customer (since 1996) My visit today was to purchase another new jeep from Bournival. Bournival Jeep's salespeople are very well informed, patient, kind, and gracious. Anyone working in the service industry should take a few hours and just sit in their showroom to observe how all of the Bournival Jeep staff interact with every single customer they encounter. This customer service standard extends to their service department as well. Whether it be a quick phone call to the service department to get a routine maintenance appointment scheduled, or a nice exchange over the service desk...always top notch customer service. Their service and parts department are well trained, personable and always willing to help. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. This is my 7th vehicle purchase from them, and always recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, or who needs a great service department for their vehicle. Speaking from someone that owns a small business and needs their vehicle in top-running form to keep "on the road" .... my business would not exist without Bournival Jeep, keeping me dependable and on time for client meetings. It all begins with turning the key, having my jeep start, run perfectly, and Jeep always gets me through rough terrain too!...everytime.....Thank you!! More
