Friendly, helpful, low pressure customer service I searched and compared many vehicles online prior to my visit. Bournival was my first and last stop. The price was exactly on target with NADA retail I searched and compared many vehicles online prior to my visit. Bournival was my first and last stop. The price was exactly on target with NADA retail value while other dealerships were priced at least 15% over. The sales and finance team were extremely helpful and explained all my options without any pressure. I'd definately recommend them for your next new or used car purchase. More

My visit to the dealership was my second of three looking for new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I met Jeremy Brocato who listened to what I asked and brought me to look at the vehicle that I asked about. He answere for new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I met Jeremy Brocato who listened to what I asked and brought me to look at the vehicle that I asked about. He answered all my questions and told me all the information about the Grand Cherokee that I could want to know. When our review of the Cherokee was complete he brought me inside to have the price discussion. This is the part of buying a new car that i truely hate. None of what I was expecting happened, Jeremy brought me a price for the Cherokee that was better than I was expecting. Even when I explained that I wasn't done shopping yet and would get back to him, he was understanding and didn't try any of the "sales tactics" that i've grown to expect over the years. There was none of the "well this price is only good for the next x hours". I can't begin to explain how very refreshing adult behavior is. After completing visits to three dealers and getting prices from five, Bournival Jeep was still the best deal. It was very nice to be able to call Jeremy and tell him that we were going ahead with the purchase. The final purchase process has to be one of the most pleasant that i've ever had. Even though it was late just before a Holiday, Jessica Gorman, the finance manager, went through every bit of the finance paperwork and answered every question. She made sure to point out those things that might cause concern and while the items that she discussed I knew about, I appriciated that attention to detail that she provided. If you are looking for a new Jeep and live in New England, this is the place to visit. Even if it's a long drive, the price, service, and attentive personnel will make the trip worth every bit of time you spend getting to see them. They have earned my unqualified recommendation. More

I went to this dealership and knew exactly what I wanted and a price in mind that I was going to pay. By far the best new car buying experience I've had. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any Jeep buyer out there. I went to the dealership intending to conduct a factory order of a Jeep Wrangler. I was very pleased with their knowledge, experience, and customer service. While I did not get the "ultimate" deal on pri order of a Jeep Wrangler. I was very pleased with their knowledge, experience, and customer service. While I did not get the "ultimate" deal on price (you can't if you factory order it), my overall price (including down payment, loan interest over the life of the loan, and trade in value) ended up being less than the maximum amount I was willing to spend, which I was very pleased with. Overall, I would rate them a 5 out of 5. More

Let me first start by saying if I was rating only the sales department it would be great across the board, unfortunately my experience extends beyond just sales. I purchased a jeep commander for my mothe sales department it would be great across the board, unfortunately my experience extends beyond just sales. I purchased a jeep commander for my mother and have handled all communication with the dealer there after. Sales was great, he was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy or obnoxious, like the stereotypical cars salesman. Made the purchase quick and painless. Would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a jeep. Service department on the other hand is terrible. Customer service skills are horrible, they are rude, disrespectful and have no understanding for urgency in matters with which they were responsible for the damage. Shortly after purchasing the jeep the AC went in it. 4 months after purchase so the dealer warranty didn't cover the repair which was fine and understandable. An appointment was made and jeep was dropped off. Was completed the same day as it was dropped off. i picked it up 7 hours after dropping it, yet I was charged for an 8 hour repair that was completed in less time, the vehicle was returned and clearly had not been inspected after the service was ordered. The following day upon needing to fuel it was discovered that the fuel cap and filler neck were broken in the process and as a result left the vehicle stranded 2 hours away from home. I had to go fix it in order to fuel the jeep so it could return home. Upon calling the dealer service tried to deny having accessed that area and upon further pressing they agreed to look at the jeep. It was determined that they did access that area and were at fault for the damage. At no point did the service manager call to apologize for denying that they were responsible or that they caused the damage. Instead we picked it up and there was a gift card for 50.00 oil change which is not even enough to cover the cost of changing the oil in the vehicle. As if after the tremendous issues demonstrated by the service department warranted returning to them for services. Now following a month after the ac repair it does not work again and service made no attempt to get it in to repair the issues in a timely fashion. I am extremely disappointed in the fashion in which the service department repairs, responds and communicates with their clients. It is hard to believe the gap in professionalism from the sales to service side of the same dealership. More

Everyone at Bournival was amazing. I was the proud owner of a brand new jeep which, after a crisis of concience, I decided to trade for ... another brand new jeep with side impact airbags. Normally I am a of a brand new jeep which, after a crisis of concience, I decided to trade for ... another brand new jeep with side impact airbags. Normally I am a very careful buyer but I made the simple mistake of thinking the side impact airbags were part of the quick order package I bought. When I went to Bournival I was thinking I would really take a major hit to trade in such a new vehicle but the team at Bournival - Jeremy, Dale, Jessica and Colby specifically - listened patiently to my story and were exceedingly courteous and understanding. They gave me a fantastic price on the trade in and actually let me hold on to the vehicle while a new one was ordered as none in stock had all my desired options. There was zero pressure, the team gave me plenty of time, and all aspects of the visit went very smoothly. Jessica stayed late on a day she was supposed to have off to help finalize the financing when the new Jeep arrived. Jeremy answered several emails promptly and patiently. Dale took the time to show me around the dealership and discuss the vehicle I purchased in detail. Everyone was extremely friendly. Bournival used to have a mixed reputation in the past but they have overhauled their sales and service strategy and this was a very pleasant transaction with professional and no-hassle people. Service and Parts have been great so far. I am a customer for life. More
