Awesome Experience ! Steve was by far the most patient and understanding salesman I've ever dealt with. There were some delays with the delivery of my vehicle, and he kept Steve was by far the most patient and understanding salesman I've ever dealt with. There were some delays with the delivery of my vehicle, and he kept me in the loop and up to date along every step of the process. He spent time to explain the vehicle to me and all the options available. Steve also answered tons of phone calls and emails promptly and courteously. I would absolutely recommend Steve and DCH Paramus Honda to anyone looking to be treated right. Jerrod in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. He was friendly and made the paperwork process easy. He also took the time to explain the contract to us and offer some additional options I may be interested in, and could benefit from. More

Although I did visit a few dealerships, due to a busy schedule most of my efforts to shop and compare were via online car reviews and price comparisons. Of course just using this criteria, Honda stands out among it's competitors. But even when I did find time to venture to other dealerships, well let's suffice it to say that i was not impressed. With that behind me, I could not have been happier with my experience dealing with Hamad as he was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. For me Hamad managed a "sweet spot" where he took the time to explain, features etc. on the Accord as well as answering whatever questions I had, but also when things needed to get done, He got it done! Like I said earlier I had already done some research so I had a fair price in mind for my new car, and Hamad made it happen. A great car buying experience. More

I had been researching dealerships for a while not only for special offers but also customer service. Of all the dealerships I researched DCH Paramus Honda kept coming up as the best rated by customers. So, naturally after deciding it was finally time to get a new car, I visited the dealership. I was not disappointed I received friendly greetings upon arrival and was assisted right away. At the time I was debating whether to purchase a Honda Civic or a Fit. My salesman, Jenssy was patient enough to explain my options and let me test drive both. I decided to lease the 2015 Honda Civic. During the negotiation process I felt that Jenssy was attempting to obtain the best price that would allow me to stay within my budget. I felt there were no pressure tactics used and I received a GREAT deal but best of all I now have a brand new Honda Civic. I would recommend the dealership as well as Jenssy to all my friends and family. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Also, Jerrod Hurley from the Finance department was very personable and helpful in providing other option packages. Best car buying experience ever! More

Stephen makes it happen. I met Stephen in late February when my fiancée turned in her leased Civic to lease another. It was the quickest and easiest experience ever at a car d I met Stephen in late February when my fiancée turned in her leased Civic to lease another. It was the quickest and easiest experience ever at a car dealership. He ran numbers and let us know which models (Fit vs. Civic) and which trims (LX/EX) would result in what prices. I knew when I bought my next car, it'd be from him if possible. About a month later, my nightmare of a VW left me stuck for the last time, and I replaced it about a year early. I really didn't have the amount of down payment I wanted, nor did I have my VW paid off to the point I wanted, so I had less money than planned going into the deal. That didn't matter to Stephen and his sales manager... They got me approved and in the car I fell in love with on the lot - a like-new 2013 Accord Coupe. Yes, my payment is a bit higher than I wanted, but I didn't have to drive an unreliable car for another year or two, either... The payment isn't due to DCH, it's due to the financial situation I came in with, and some dealerships wouldn't even have been able to make the deal work, but Stephen and DCH did. I will most definitely be back for my next Honda. As will my fiancée after her 3/36,000 is up. Also: Stephen stays LATE to make stuff happen, and even in horrible weather. Both of us got our cars in blizzards, and we worked the deal on my car well past closing on a Friday night. The weather and the clock didn't matter to Stephen - me getting the car I wanted mattered to him. More
