This is #5! This is my 5th new car purchase at Cardinale Way in Mesa: I purchased my first Mazda in 2009, a white CX-9GT, which I drove for 73,000 miles. Then in 2011 another white CX-9GT, which I drove for 115,000 miles. My daughter 's 2013 Mazda6 Touring was next, followed by my wife's 2016 Mazda CX-5 GT. In the meantime my son bought a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 at CarMax in Tucson, which I had checked over thoroughly by Drew (THE best Mazda Service Tech, no contest!). This week I purchased another white CX-9 GT, this time a 2015. SO, I think I am in a rut, but I really appreciate the CX-9 and am comfortable with the current platform. I know the 2017 will be all new, like the CX-5 is now (we own one) and while I like it just fine, I am really happy with this platform. Brian Sonorant has been my sales consultant for the past 3 cars and does a very, very good job of advocating with the Sales Manager on my behalf. Michael Thomas, the Sales Manager, is first-class and both of these men are very respectful of me. The entire Service Advisor Team is beyond description in a positive way. I am consistently treated with respect and am appreciated. Nick should receive the "Best Service Advisor in the Entire Mazda Corporation" Award with his name permanently etched on it! As I indicated earlier, Drew is the best Mazda Service Technician and has done excellent work on all of my cars. This dealership consistently finds ways to outdo themselves with each purchase and each visit. This time Brian and whomever assisted him, went over the top! My 2011 CX-9 trade-in had large stickers on the rear window. Two were expressing my allegiance to the Green Bay Packers, one indicated my profound enthusiasm for the University of Arizona Wildcat Basketball program (also an alma mater), plus one advertising my parish church, Mt Calvary Lutheran Church in Phoenix, which I serve as Pastor. I fully expected to be ordering a new set of stickers for the back window of the 2015 new CX-9, but when I looked out the door I asked where my new car was. THEY TRANSFERRED THE STICKERS TO THE NEW CAR! Folks, that is WAY above and beyond any amount of customer service I have ever experienced! You need to know that I don't get this special care because I am a Pastor, or such an incredibly nice guy. I observe them treating ALL of their customers that way! SERIOUSLY! You gotta check this place out. Oh, they gave me a very fair and very good deal on my new car. They are entitled to make a profit...otherwise they wouldn't be there offering this amazing service, but they are very fair and very honest with me, and have been since my first visit in 2008. More

It is my second car I've bought here and both times they ask me my needs and what I wanted in a new car and worked everything out showed me numbers right away which was great. Then after that they were very patient and no pressure at all. Ended up with a beautiful pearl white 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback Grand touring, it was a great deal that no one around could compare to. To everyone reading this, I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know !! Also the service department is great to work with and have been using them for the past 2 yrs for everything my Mazda needed and will continue!! VERY HAPPY!!!! More

This is the second Mazda we have purchased. The experience was exceptional due to the extra effort and time of Wayne Deleo. His goal was to make this a good experience for us. He had to go to another location to find the car we wanted, work extra hours and reassure us. He waited for us and gave us a loaner. Their price was good but it was their attitude and commitment to service along with patience and extra effort that made the experience exceptional. My husband hates buying cars and is always afraid he will be taken advantage of but in this case he felt they were honest and did everything possible to help us. We had a good experience when buying my Mazda in the summer, but this was total commitment to service for us and we would recommend Wayne and Cardinale to anyone. Jerry Morgan was able to patch my tire No charge while we were negotiating for a new car for my husband. Silas McCracken is a new sales associate but he was thorough and patient with two old people. We appreciated it. More

I had a great experience working with cardinale way mazda to buy my new car. Jerry gave me the referral to use cardinale way mazda and will continue to help me with any parts or service needs i may have in t to buy my new car. Gabe in finacing was very helpful at working out a deal i was comfortable and happy with. Robert aka "Dizzy" was the salesman that helped me pick the right car. I came in with the intrest of the mazda 2, but after a test drive and cross referencing of the mazda 3 specs and info, Dizzy was able to better fit me into a car i would be happier with day to day. Even after i sealed the deal and bought the car, Dizzy has been outstanking with follow up calls to make sure i am happy with my car and its performance. Dustin was precise and quick about the final financial paperwork and wrapping everything up so i could take my new car home. Even the tint company that works inside the mazda dealership was great. I was anxious to get the tint on the windows of my new car and Brandon at the tint shop got me in the next day even though they were already very busy. Overall, my experience was pleasant at cardinale way madza and i would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
