I have to honest and up front with the remarks I'm about to make today Feb 21 for the total experience now that I have had my vehicle delivered to my home in Lynn this afternoon by the Driver Seth, a perfect,friendly, pleasant ,knowledgeable gentleman in all respects. I also still feel the same way about the comments I made about the Sales staff 100% but here is where the train derailed off the tracks after the sale was made and the delivery process was put into motion. I don't know who in particular is responsible for getting the vehicle ready for delivery which was originally I thought Tue sometime and was told Id get a call to give me a time, that never happened and I had to call the sales person at 5:30 to find out after waiting all day for some kind of update or time etc. The answer I got was the runners just came in the door and they didn't have time to deliver but it would be the next day Wed I said Ok ,Ill wait for the call tomorrow for the approximate time and was told the car would be full of gas 12.4 gallons less the trip to Lynn 22 miles or so 95% highway for a vehicle rated at 27 city/36 highway and Ill use the 27 MPG city as the example for how much gas it should have consumed on a mostly highway trip being generous on gas on a 22-25 mile trip one way should have been around a Gallon and a half not 3.1 tenth gallons which is a just a little less than three quarters of a tank left on the gauge, which tells me they didn't fill up the tank as promised,also a promise to do a full detail of the car inside and out, they only did the inside and never washed the outside or anything at all, You might say how do I know? It probably got a little dirty from the trip to Lynn, Well just before I took a test drive with Giselle I commented to her about the black paint being Metallic and ran my finger a short distance across the dirty paint to expose the glittery paint beneath and today when Seth arrived the first thing I said to him was they didn't wash or detail it
because when I checked and the Finger Mark was still there and it was rather dirty all around, which would have been gone if they had washed it, he did say the inside was detailed and maybe some road dirt got on it, I'm sure some did but it never got Washed as Promised Bottom Line. Anyone reading this might be saying by now what a Pain in the xxx this guy is being so petty about things and complaining about everything, My answer to that is I'm an older guy buying this car for my Grandson turning 16 shortly and his older brother got one from me the same model a Focus Se three years ago detailed and clean from a different dealer, All I wanted to do was bring it over to him after delivery nice and clean from this dealer which I was promised, Its not easy to wash a car outside in the middle of Feb which I did today. I grew up in a time when your Word meant something and a promise to do something was carried out to the best of one's ability, Am I asking to much just to do what you promised me?? Maybe I am in this fast paced world we live in today. Just Saying!! Frank S Lynn

Yes,and I hope they see my lengthy comments about the failed promises made to me on the delivery process, and the confusion that seemed to ensue with everyone involved with the delivery afterwards. My Star Rating would be a 1 * on that part of the process. Sadly it seems to match up with the many 1 * ratings the Service Dept has also with many other customers, maybe Herb needs a visit to the Braintree Ford Service Dept for a look see, Ya Think? Other than that I'm a Happy Customer Frank S. Lynn
