I would definitely recommend this dealership and Randy Ayers to anyone who is buying a new or used vehicle. I have always hated the whole experience of buying or even going to a dealership until I met Ran Ayers to anyone who is buying a new or used vehicle. We had excellent service overall from Taylor. Tim took excellent care of us and answered all of our questions. Even though we were buying a used car rather than a new car, we felt like we were just as val excellent care of us and answered all of our questions. The respected the fact that we had a budget and were able to get us a vehicle we liked at a great price. I have been buying cars from Taylor for 16 or 17 years now. I just bought car number 6 or 7 a few months ago. The Taylor experience has been a joy for my family and myself. I have and will continue to refer people to Taylor for one simple reason: The place is filled with men you can trust! I could buy my cars anywhere, but I choose Taylor not only for the quality Chrysler/Dodge and Jeep vehicles they sell, But the people are the BEST, from Sales with Ray Marko and Kevin Emling, to Management team of Jimmy, Scott, and Bryan. Than the service guys are the best! Ryan is awesome. I like it when the service manager isn't afaid to climb under the car to help out! More

Great customer service. My sales person was Jake Hendershot. Jake went above and beyond the normal job routine to help me find the perfect vehicle to match what I was looking for in a vehicle, He Hendershot. Jake went above and beyond the normal job routine to help me find the perfect vehicle to match what I was looking for in a vehicle, He had also recommend another car for me however; it was stick shift and I do not drive stick shift. What did impress me was how hard all individuals worked to make this deal happen, considering I am on a very tight budget. Thanks to Jim Crosswell who took extra time and phone calls to find someone to provide me the credit for the car loan. The extra time to make a phone call to follow to make sure everything was ok and that I was happy is something we just do not find much anymore. I will definitely refer this dealership and Jake to my friends. More

I found everyone I talked to exceptionally helpful and friendly. Brian went above and beyond the call to make sure we were satisfied. I really hate having to shop for cars. But the people at Taylor Dodge really went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. We tried three different cars, thought about it for nearly a week, and t Taylor Dodge really went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. We tried three different cars, thought about it for nearly a week, and then went back to take a second look. Rubeben was friendly and very accommodating. When it came to the business of the deal, Tim was very respectful of our desires and needs. Because of the very busy day, the process went a bit longer than we anticipated. When we said we would go get some lunch and return later to conclude the deal, Tim insisted on ordering lunch from Friday's for us. That was really nice. Scott actually made the financial part of the purchase into a very low-stress experience. And I must add that the Service Department was in large part the reason we came to Taylor Dodge looking for a car. They have done an excellent job of maintaining our Town and Country which now has over 213,000 miles. Respectful, courteous, and the get the job done right the first time. More
