From the GM, Roger, to the Finance guy, Chuck and the owner himself, they are all wonderful and take customer service very seriously. I had received a follow up call from Bruce just a few days after buying my new car, just to be sure I was still happy with my purchase and to see if I had any questions. I love that the excellent service does not stop after the sale is completed and you drive off the lot. More

Our Salesman, Geoff Bates is the best, very experienced and professional. He and Roger Tallini have cut us many good deals throughout the years. We recently purchased 5 new vehicles from them since August 2014 and could not be happier! We only get our vehicles serviced at FOL and would never go elsewhere. Svc Mgr Lee St. Jean and Mechanic Frank Liston have been very good to us as well and treat you and your vehicle with respect. BJ Anderson and Chris Lombardi are also great to work with. At the age of 52 I was able to get the truck of my dreams, but I was not looking forward to dealing with a salesmen. A friend of mine had told me to go to Ford of Londonderry because he had worked wit dreams, but I was not looking forward to dealing with a salesmen. A friend of mine had told me to go to Ford of Londonderry because he had worked with them many times and was very happy. So I did. The dealership, the sales staff, in fact the entire experience was surprisingly enjoyable. All my questions were answered, sometimes more than once. They even answered questions that I had no idea that I even needed to ask. Thank you Ford of Londonderry for getting rid of the myth of "The Salesmen" More
