Pleased with service. Had difficulty making appointment: no answer from service extension number after multiple attempts, when selected main line’s option to leave a mes Had difficulty making appointment: no answer from service extension number after multiple attempts, when selected main line’s option to leave a message call was disconnected! Finally went online to investigate and after some confusion I was finally able to schedule appointment. After scheduling appointment there was overkill in emails and texts regarding upcoming appointment - would have preferred direct communication via phone to make appointment and only one text reminder More

I appreciated Joanne's helpful and courteous service, she not only listened but helped me understand the best options for my car. I did like the video of the state inspection that showed all the details. Alt not only listened but helped me understand the best options for my car. Check-in was very smooth, the wait time was minimal, and I was kept in the loop at all times regarding progress on my car. The waiting room is very comfortable, too - a big plus for me.
