Believe it or not, I'm talking about "certified" vehicles. Therefore, no need for for the hard sell--just a sales person giving you options based on what you want/need and can afford. (There was no "catch" or "gotcha") And, our sales person--Joe Bauman--didn't disappear after we confirmed our choice. Karen, the finance person was also great. Add really good post-sale service and you can't help but leave happy. I have absolutely no regrets for making the four hour round trip. More

I worked the sale through Joe Bauman and he was very helpful and courteous. I have never purchased a van out of state and without actually seeing and driving the van. After we reached an agreement on price, Joe and others worked dilligently to arrange for the paperwork and delivery of the van here in Texas. The whole process was easy and very timely given all of the logistics involved. When the van was delivered and unloaded from the truck, it looked terrific! Everything was working as expected and I was very happy. Joe and the others at this dealership made this a fun buying experience. More

Joe did a fantastic with my new 2011 GMC Sierra!! He even mailed me my new plates! This is the second car I have bought from him and Dave Arbogast. I was looking for a car for my grand-daughter, and having I was looking for a car for my grand-daughter, and having previously bought a car from Joe, I decided to stop in at Dave Arbogast and see what Joe c I was looking for a car for my grand-daughter, and having previously bought a car from Joe, I decided to stop in at Dave Arbogast and see what Joe could do for me. Since my grand-daughter would be making her own payments, I needed to find something in her price range. I told Joe what she could afford and he found the perfect car. She was not with me so I asked Joe if he would hold the car until the next day and I would bring her with me so she could see if she liked the car. When we arrived, Joe had the car already cleaned and, since it was a cold day, he also had it warmed up and ready for a test drive. My grand-daughter loved it. We made the deal. In no time Scott, of finance, had us out the door and on our way. I would recommend Dave Arbogast to any and all new or used car buyers. A very friendly group of salesmen and staff. I know I will always make them my first choice when buying any vehicle. More

I am extremely satisfied with my recent experience at Dave Arbogast. I searched for a used vehicle online to meet my needs and price range. I am a new mother who was in need of a 4 door vehicle at a great price and that's exactly what I got. I contacted Joe on Wednesday and stopped by the dealership on Thursday with very limited time, Joe worked with me as quickly as possible as I was on a tight schedule and he then contacted me with all the information I needed to decide to drive straight back to the dealership and pick up my new jeep. I am very happy with my purchase and very impressed with the service I received from all departments. I have already recommended Joe at Dave Arbogast to two of my closest friends and I plan to contact Joe for any future purchases. More

I started my search for a pre-owned car at Arbogast because I am from Troy and I was impressed with their inventory. But for the car I settled on, a Pontiac G6, they didn't have a color I liked, so I because I am from Troy and I was impressed with their inventory. I told the salesperson I worked with, Joe Bauman, that I would give him a final chance to win my business since he put so much time and effort into the sale. I found a car I liked in Dayton, but I came back to give Joe one more chance and he really came through. He found a car in Indiana with exactly the features I wanted, and at a good price. He secured it, brought it to Troy, and got it ready for me. He even worked with me on the trade in. All in all it was an excellent sales experiece and I was really impressed with Joe's professionalism and customer service. I would recommend Arborgast to others because of the positive experience Joe delivered. More

I get a call from Joe saying "Jim I got one for Ya" That same day, went to see Joe Drove the Car and came back the next day and bought my Car. Without Joe I would still be driving my Old car and would still be looking. Thank you Joe For a JOB WELL DONE ! I WILL BE BACK !!! More

While searching cars.com my husband found the limited edition of the vehicle we had been looking for with 11K miles. Basically brand new. After seeing other limited edition prices, we knew there was no edition of the vehicle we had been looking for with 11K miles. Basically brand new. After seeing other limited edition prices, we knew there was no way we could afford this one, but when we saw the price listed by Dave Arbogast, we were blown away. We called and talked to Joe about the vehicle that night. It was late and we are an hour behind them. We had a question about the vehicle and even though they were closed, Joe ran outside and physically looked at the vehicle for us. After two more late night conversations with Joe, probably 8:30 their time, well after closing, we decided to drive up and look at it. We are 4 1/2 hours away but Joe had assured us the vehicle was in perfect condition. It was too good to be true but we trusted him. When we arrived we were not dissapointed. The vehicle was perfect. Everything we were looking for and more. Not a scratch on it. No odors as Joe had promised. He went with us on the test drive because we were not local and didn't know where we were going. He took us on bumpy roads, slow curvy country roads, and the interstate just to make sure we got to feel the vehicle in different conditions. When we got back from the test drive they had valued our trade-in and had given us more money for it - even though they didn't have to. We drove 4 1/2 hours to see it, of course we were going to buy it. But they gave us more for our trade anyway which made us feel better about trading it in and not bringing it home and trying to make more by selling it ourselves. The paperwork was painless and they answered all of our questions about purchasing out of state, like taxes and transferring the title. We had a wonderful drive back home and are very happy with the vehicle. If they have what we are looking for next time, we'll probably do it again. More
