Great experience strated on day 1. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and did not use hard sales methods. They were ready to answer any question and focoused on the product they sold and not why the competitors were not the best choice. The entire expeience went very well and I have already made recomendations for others to visit.

We bought a 2009 Forrester new from Quality and the guys were great, the service department was great as well. My wife loved the car. It was totaled in a collision in October, 2012 and because of the safety features in the car my wife was not injured, but the car was wrecked. We went back to Quality and bought a 2013 Crosstrek. Once again it was a great experience with Joe and Gary. The Crosstrek was smaller than the Forrester but a nice little car. But after the accident, my wife just couldn't get comfortable with the smaller car. So in March of 2013 we went back to Quality Subaru to look at the 2014 Forrester. We didn't actually think we could get the car with our limited budget but Matt, Ed, Mike and Joe all work together to put something together that would work for all of us. They didn't want my wife to be stuck with a car she wasn't happy with. That's the kind of people they are. If Subaru were to start making trucks we would never have to go to another dealer again, just Quality Subaru!

Tim Harris was the best salesman I have worked with. He was very helpful and explained the car very well. The rest of the staff was very helpful
and courteous. All of the paper work was completed quickly and the car was ready very fast.
I Have all ready recommended this dealer to other people. This is the Second Subaru that I have bought here And my son also bought one here. I am also very happy with your service department.

I can't rate Quality Subaru too highly, esp. its service operation. Personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. I esp. want to commend Karen Priso who is my usual contact by phone and in person. She is unfailingly friendly and helpful, patient and explains things well. She has a ready smile that makes visits pleasurable. The guys are almost as good - almost. I also thank the unseen techies in the garage who work their magic.

The agency is well run for customers with pleasant waiting room, snacks, attractive ladies room, computer & large TV. The owner takes time to talk to customers when he has an opportunity; we share a passion for stained glass.

I've bought 3 Subarus from this agency in two locations since 1995. (My first was a now defunct garage-agency in 1985 - a DL Legacy with wonderful driver 4-wheel on demand - and an affordable price. My current is a 2007 multi-faceted Forester - a practical compromise between big and small with ruggedness built in,

Bless Subaru: ahead of the crowd on passenger safety and sensible, no "jazz" design changes. (Don't follow the others, please!)

We were definitely treated like valued customers! They went out of their way to help us resolve our problem and assisted with dealing with the manufacturer. The service department was very professional and now the car runs great. Can't say enough! They were fantastic from start to finish.

This winter was the time for my son to get his first car to use for college. Since his college was located a short distance from Quality Subaru, we zeroed in on their used inventory.

Our salesman was Ralph, a low-key but very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. We visited twice and on the second visit he suggested we try
a Forester that had just come in. The car was immaculate (as are all the cars at Quality), drove great, and was being sold for below KBB. A great deal all around.
Ralph was so concerned that my son and I would feel comfortable with the deal, that he even allowed me to speak to the previous owner. That’s customer
service!

True to the saying "it starts at the top", owner Joe Blichfeldt also spent time with us and showed he cared about our purchase. As a matter of fact everyone else we met with or spoke to, including Ed the finance guy, were courteous and knowledgeable.

Buying a used car can be an anxious event, but our experience at Quality was calm without any “unexpected” information at delivery time.
We live about 80 miles from Quality, but will certainly see them first for our next Subaru.

If all car dealerships were run like Joe Blichfeldt's, the industry wouldn't have such a bad name. Buying a car too often leaves you with a bad feeling -- you never know what a good price is, despite quoted sticker and invoice prices, which can vary dramatically. I contacted this dealership by telephone shopping for the best price for a 2013 Outback, which I was buying for my son, a recent college graduate who just landed a job in Massachusetts. I live in Connecticut and thought it would be easier to buy the car here. I found Mr. Blichfeldt to be helpful and straightforward, and a gentleman. He offered a fair price without haggling when other dealers were several hundred dollars higher. Unfortunately, I would have had to order the exact car I wanted which meant waiting til the next shipment arrived several weeks later. My son said he couldn't wait that long. Mr. Blichfeldt suggested I might want to buy the car in Massachusetts near where my son lives, which I ultimately ended up doing, but I could not pass up the opportunity to write about my experience here.

This is the 5th Subaru Outback that I purchased from Quality Subaru. And with each purchase I have experienced excellent customer service. Not only have I purchased all my Subarus from Quality, I have all their service needs perfromed by Quality. As with all of my sales expereinces being excellent the same applies for all my service experiences. At Quality Subaru they treat you like family.
