Ed Chen at Quality Subaru

this is my 5th subaru from Quality-owning a total of 9.i have been dealing with them from when they first opened & have been very satisfied with the service from all the depts.on my latest visit i basically just went to look @ a few cars i had picked out on the internet--wound up buying one on the spot.the salesperson,Gary,read me pretty well & showed me what was the best choice in cars for me.i had it in two days.there was one small glitch which was remedied almost immediately.Paul from service was very helpful also-as usual.i have always recommended Quality & i will continue to do so.

Each employee I talked to was helpful and very courteous. I felt like I received excellent service and am only wondering how long it will be before we get rid of hubby's car and buy another Subaru from Quality. I think he has driven my Impreza almost as much as I have. I spent alot of time researching my purchase. Spoke to dealerships in Berlin, Vernon, Hartford, Springfield, Canton, Norwalk ect.. no one could offer better quality or price Quality in Wallingford.

We bought a 2009 Forrester new from Quality and the guys were great, the service department was great as well. My wife loved the car. It was totaled in a collision in October, 2012 and because of the safety features in the car my wife was not injured, but the car was wrecked. We went back to Quality and bought a 2013 Crosstrek. Once again it was a great experience with Joe and Gary. The Crosstrek was smaller than the Forrester but a nice little car. But after the accident, my wife just couldn't get comfortable with the smaller car. So in March of 2013 we went back to Quality Subaru to look at the 2014 Forrester. We didn't actually think we could get the car with our limited budget but Matt, Ed, Mike and Joe all work together to put something together that would work for all of us. They didn't want my wife to be stuck with a car she wasn't happy with. That's the kind of people they are. If Subaru were to start making trucks we would never have to go to another dealer again, just Quality Subaru!

Overall experience was outstanding. Ralph Aquin treats you fairly and explains all the option available to you. Other staff members were freindly and would anwer any questions you may have. I would recommend this dealership.

Tim Harris was the best salesman I have worked with. He was very helpful and explained the car very well. The rest of the staff was very helpful
and courteous. All of the paper work was completed quickly and the car was ready very fast.
I Have all ready recommended this dealer to other people. This is the Second Subaru that I have bought here And my son also bought one here. I am also very happy with your service department.

We purchased a 2013 Outback and this is our 3rd car we have bought from Quality Subaru in the best several years. From soup to nuts this dealer is by far the best Subaru dealer around. We started the purchasing process by emailing Staci on-line. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Basically the whole transaction took place thru e-mail and via phone with both Ralph and Staci. Went to the dealer to test drive the Outback and seal the deal with Ralph. Ralph is always a pleasure to deal with. Love purchasing the car this way no bull and straight forward.

Usually when you walk on to an auto dealer lot they run at you and try to force you in to cars you dont want. Not the case here. Chad made sure that I found a car that I would be truly happy with. He asked me all the right questions and I felt like he tried to get to know me in the time he was given. Even despite a snow storm...the worst Connecticut has seen since 1978...he worked things out so I could get my car asap. He even stayed at work to wait for me after Ed told him he could go home due to the snow just so I could get me car. Now that is dedication to the customer! What was important to me was that he listened to me, remembered little things that I said to him that most people would just over look and he treated me with respect. Other car dealers I have dealt with cast me aside because I'm a woman...not this place. They explained things thoroughly and answered any and all questions I had. Chad and I even exchanged cell phone numbers so we could keep in touch over the storm because his store was closed. Ed was also excellent. I didn't speak with him as much as I did with Chad, but the time I did have with him, he was respectful and helpful. He explained everything and offered me everything he could to make things as inexpensive as possible. Over all I would say I am highly satisfied with my visit, my purchase and my experience here. This is the first place I will go in the future when I need another car and yes I will be referring...directly to Chad.

My old Subaru Forester developed a rare engine problem last week. Given its mileage and age, I was forced to make a smart decision and purchase a new car. Quality Subaru made my decision easy; I purchased a new Subaru Forester. With the assistance and patience of Gary Thomsen, a wonderful salesman and genuine individual, my cary buying experience was both entertaining and painless. Quality Subaru's owner, service department, finance department and sales department strive to please their customers. As I drive around in my new car, I can confidently say that I am one happy customer!

Ralph,Ed and Paul are definitely assets. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt vey welcome. Besides making me feel comfortable , they were also informative.I purchased my car on Sunday and was able to receive it on Monday.I will be referring my family and friends to them.

This winter was the time for my son to get his first car to use for college. Since his college was located a short distance from Quality Subaru, we zeroed in on their used inventory.

Our salesman was Ralph, a low-key but very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. We visited twice and on the second visit he suggested we try
a Forester that had just come in. The car was immaculate (as are all the cars at Quality), drove great, and was being sold for below KBB. A great deal all around.
Ralph was so concerned that my son and I would feel comfortable with the deal, that he even allowed me to speak to the previous owner. That’s customer
service!

True to the saying "it starts at the top", owner Joe Blichfeldt also spent time with us and showed he cared about our purchase. As a matter of fact everyone else we met with or spoke to, including Ed the finance guy, were courteous and knowledgeable.

Buying a used car can be an anxious event, but our experience at Quality was calm without any “unexpected” information at delivery time.
We live about 80 miles from Quality, but will certainly see them first for our next Subaru.
