I did not like that I was forced to buy LoJack, especially when Toyota Care covers the same concerns, something that I was not aware of or told when I purchased the car. This is my third Toyota and I only have them serviced at Toyota Dealers and use Toyota Parts on my cars. I do not like this non Toyota product on my car. I feel I wasn’t given all the facts and I don’t think this duplicate product is a good choice to add to everyone’s car. Other Dealers are not doing this. To satisfy me I would like LoJack removed and my money returned. More

We were told that the car was available, and drove 75 miles one way to see it. Then we were told it had been a sold over the weekend. But then they said they were waiting for the title, and would have to get back to me. Not sure why they couldn't still give me a definite price for the Kia, since I was not in a hurry to buy it. So I told them that it felf very sketchy, and we passed on doing business. Instead we found the exact same car, but a 2024, for less money! Very glad we stayed away from them, and will never go back. More

They use a cheap scan tool looks like a calculator. Won’t find your issue but it will get you out the dealer in a dangerous car. Ridiculous that I have to beg for a proper diagnostic. I was interested in purchasing a Camry in 2021, At that time I was unsure and did not purchase.
