Joe D. was our sales person and he really listen to our vehicle needs. We test drove 4 different cars and were able to make a selection that day. I was impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable Joe was; especially in showing us several different models and providing me with detailed information to help me decide which car would work best for me. Joe provided a friendly, personal experience, staying within my budget, and helping me add on the optional features that I wanted to the car. The buying process was easy and smooth with David Marcoux taking care of the Financing side of things. David was thorough in reviewing all the numbers with me and being straightforward with the protection plan information, allowing me to decide on what worked best for me without any pressure. I would highly recommend Patrick Subaru to anyone looking at buying a Subaru, you'll get treated like family and be able to drive away with a smile on your face in the perfect car for you. I will start by saying that I love working with Joe Dinneen! This is the second car I have leased with him and he is attentive, respectul, and just an overall good person. I went in this second time knowing exactly which car I wanted and he repected my request and got right to business. I will always go back to Joe when buying/leasing a car! I give Joe 5 stars. My one star off is for the Internet sales department. I had gone in to get info on either trading in or buying out my lease then left to think it over. After that, I was contacted 1-2 times a week about my decision. I understand that they are doing their job but it was too pushy. If I could make a recommendation, I would say to give the customer space/time to make a decision. It made me almost go somewhere else. But, then I knew I could contact Joe Dinneen and he would take care of me! More
