Our 2011 Prius is the 3rd Toyota vehicle we have worked with Kathy Yoder. Superior quality customer care and gathered the appropriate support (Joe Lawrence and John Culp) to make this Toyota experience as perfect as our previous experiences. Kathy is a great asset to Metro Toyota and one of the reasons we continue to make Metro our dealership of choice.

I was looking for lower pymts, a new car, Afair trade and i found it again @ Metro Toyota,Thanks you did it again,I appreciated my salesperson Hugh D coming to my work w/ a loaner car and taking my new leased car back to the dealership to have the stereo and hubs put on, After that was finished he called and met me @ work to bring my car back to me, Saving me a trip back to the dealership, Thanks again, I would find it hard to go to another dealership to do my buisness, I will see you in 3 years when my lease is up to do it all over again, Sincerly, Sandra L Leeks

Over all the we were treated with super service.The only down side was when we found two chips in windshield, and had to make extra trips back. Dean took care of every thing,and every thing was taken care of,with our satisfaction. We would highly recommend,Dean,Joe ,Don. Thanks for all the help you gave us. Don and Shirley Swett
