The experience was great and timely as usual. I expected a complimentary car wash (exterior) like all other service centers provide. It was not provided and I assume the service center was too busy yesterd a complimentary car wash (exterior) like all other service centers provide. inspector's poor justifications. I brought my car because my tire blew out on freeway. Two inspectors check my car and gave me two complete deferent summary.
