It was the best dealership experience I have had since buying a saturn in 2002... No pressure, good communication, met my timeline for time in the actual showroom (closed the sale in under an hour). Joe Pellegrini is the most patience salesman that I have ever done business with. He helped me find my Mother In-law the right car for her. He continued to bring car after car up for my disabled Mother In-L ever done business with. He helped me find my Mother In-law the right car for her. Joe Pellegrini was very helpful and understanding working with me as I am hard of hearing. Answered every question and more. He explained things in easy terms for me to understand.
