My Jeep was not fixed after many visits to Volz - I was told the keys were bad so I purchased another key for 227.00 that was unnecessary to buy. The remote starter did not work, and it was not because of the keys. They were fine, it was a module that went bad and the tire pressure light has never been fixed after quite a few visits. It goes on and off at will since day 1. The salesman at the time, Steve, was terrific and very helpful when I bought the Jeep. He really cared about what I wanted and I am sure that, when I trade it in in a year or so, Erich will be equally as helpful and caring when I decide to get a newer Jeep. More

I bought a Chrysler 200 at Bill Volz of Westchester and had a really great experience. I'd shopped elsewhere and had to haggle to get any kind of reasonable offer. But at Bill Volz, my salesperson Steve just couldn't have been nicer. He was very well versed in the car's features and his offers both on the new car itself and on my trade-in were very fair. The process was quick, simple and painless. The business manager Joe was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealer and these employees in particular. More

Joe Tucker greeted me as I walked into Bill Voltz Chrystler – Jeep dealership on Crompond Road near Yorktown Heights. I told him I was there to just look at a Jeep Compass. I wanted to change ou Chrystler – Jeep dealership on Crompond Road near Yorktown Heights. I told him I was there to just look at a Jeep Compass. I wanted to change out my PT Cruiser for winter weather. I felt I needed a 4 wheel drive. Joe took me right outside to see the Compass. I liked it and told Joe I wanted it. I realize it was quick sale. Joe took the time to show me all the stats about the Compass as well as the features on the vehicle. We went back in to write up the sale. Joe explained the benefits of a loan and I went that route. I ordered some extras, like a locked gas cap. He called as soon as the items arrived and installed the gas cap himself, along with the floor mats and the back sliding panel to cover the trunk area. You must ask for Joe when you visit Bill Voltz. I went to the dealer with my wife and kids looking for a new minivan. We were greeted by Joe Tucker. We sat at his desk for a while talking about what we wanted (we had already been to anothr dealership, so new minivan. We were greeted by Joe Tucker. WOW, we were blown away with his description. From the back to thr front, every option, even when he closed the doors on his arm to assure us the kids would not be hurt if the slidng door closed on them. The DVD and touch screen radio, the stow away seats, everything. All I can say is my wife is so happy with her new van. Thank you Joe. More

I was refered to Joe Tucker and now I know why. Joe was great. I arrived with my kids and Joe was very helpful, he talked with the kids and give them things to color, now that is service.
