I hate buying cars! I'm a cynic and always feel that I will be "taken for a ride" at a dealership, I don't trust car sales people period. However, I have to admit that I was having a hard time not likin I will be "taken for a ride" at a dealership, I don't trust car sales people period. However, I have to admit that I was having a hard time not liking or trusting the people at Bill Volz Jeep. They made everything so easy and answered my questions so clearly without a lot of mumbo jumbo or "hard selling." it was a pleasure doing business with them…. If I was actually "taken for a ride" and don't know it, it was an enjoyable one:) More

Buying a used car is not for the meek. Yet, Tom and Joe provided honest, first class and very friendly service. Contrary to most other used car dealers, there are truly no loaded extras when you buy a used provided honest, first class and very friendly service. Contrary to most other used car dealers, there are truly no loaded extras when you buy a used car. They will also give you a detailed analysis of all the work which they did to the car. They also gave four free oil changes to us after we agreed on price. I only found this dealership after extensive web based research and their service exceeded my expectations. More

This is the third vehicle I have leased/purchased from Bill Volz Jeep. Each time I have had a positive experience. All the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable and create an environment of minimal Bill Volz Jeep. Each time I have had a positive experience. All the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable and create an environment of minimal pressure. The process was simple, with virtually no haggling needed to reach a fair price for the new Jeep as well as for my trade. Steve made the process simple as well, willing to do much of the work over the phone minimizing my need to even be at the dealership. They also went the extra mile (literally) and were willing to go about 150 miles to get the specific vehicle that I was looking for. Overall a very positive buying experience. I will definitely return for future buying needs. More

He walked us through the entire process and was extremely helpful and able to quickly and clearly answer all of our questions. Joe Tucker made the loan application process very simple, with direct information, explanations and answers to all of our questions. We felt very comfortable with the loan we received and appreciate Joe taking all the complexity out of the process. Overall our experience was very good and we would recommend the Bill Volz dealership to others as well as become repeat customers in the future when the need arises, all thanks to Erich and Joe's professionalism and quality of service.
