I had mileage penalties and advised so many miles were allowed, then checked about the mileage in a past visit, and advised of different mileage allowed, then told during my visit, the mileage was over the lease allowed. The idea this day was to pay off my lease and consider a new car. Spencer & Shad in your sales team really took care of my needs today and brought more honesty and service excellence to Brent Brown than I have experienced before.
