As a single female I was terrified of car shopping by myself. Upon arrival everyone was friendly. During the whole experience I never felt taken advantage of or haggled. I never thought I would recommend a car dealer. VW of South Charlotte does great work at very reasonable prices. There is not any reason for people not to go to the service department. For example; oil changes are faster and cheaper than buying the oil and filter and doing it myself. There has never been any surprises and there is not any drama.
