I like that this company promotes the culture of transparency and respect to the customers. Business Manager Matthey performed thorough analysis of all the financial details of my transaction including my options for financing, obtaining warranty etc. At the moment of my purchase the car was on the way to the dealership, so I could not pick it up immediately. However sales rep Joey went above and beyond to make sure that I would receive it as soon as possible. He was monitoring the delivery of the car for several days and as soon as it was available he brought it to my house though it was a holiday! I am very happy with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. More

Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. He made sure to address any of our concerns and/or requests and have the car in tip top shape before we brought it home. H through the whole process. He made sure to answer all of our questions and even helped us get our insurance set hp. It was great working with him. My only complaint is that the buying process was extremely long. We ended up waiting around for four hours the day we went in to purchase the car. Other than that, everybody was professional, helpful and kind. More

Our experience with Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston was outstanding. We drove for three and a half hours from North Carolina to get the car that we wanted and it was worth every mile of the trip. It was my first time ever buying a car. So I was clueless when I got to this dealership. Mr. Joey Simoneau was the sales agent that approached me. All I have to say is even though he knew it was my first tim when I got to this dealership. Mr. Joey Simoneau was the sales agent that approached me. All I have to say is even though he knew it was my first time buying a car, he did not or never did he think to even take advantage of me. He really made sure my needs were met and that I got the exact car that I wanted. And one thing I loved about Mr. Simoneau was how he genuinely listened to everything and every detail. Not for one moment did Mr. Simoneau let me feel like he was just selling me a car. He made me feel like I was with one of my family member who made sure he helped me shop for my car. Every word he said was True. I told him I didn’t want to put any money down and he made sure I didn’t. Not only did I walk out the dealership with no down. He made sure I walked out the dealership with nothing coming out of my pocket. That’s not the best yet! He also gave me such great discount off my car. And when I say “Great Discount” I mean I couldn’t even believe it. All I know is if I decide to get get a new car or trade in my car. I would definitely come back to this place. And if any one of my friends or family members decides to buy a new car. Even if I hear a stranger talk about buying a new car. I would so recommend this place to them. Why?
