My name is John Brown. I was born in Buffalo, NY. I am the youngest of four children. I grew up on the ice and spent most of my childhood playing hockey all over the United States. I am also a huge football fan. I spend most of my free time with my beautiful fiance and our two dogs. We also enjoy volunteering at the animal shelter. My fiance and I are currently planning our wedding. We will be getting married in May, 2016.

One of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with. The salesman and the sales manager were absolutely no help. I had to all the work. They would not respond to my text messages or emails for days and The salesman and the sales manager were absolutely no help. I had to all the work. They would not respond to my text messages or emails for days and sometimes would not respond at all after they had my money for the vehicle. Car was delivered and the carpets under the mats were not vacuumed and the seats had dirt on them. The I would avoid this dealership. I don't know if the 172 point check was completed, no paper work in the car to let customer know it was done. I would give them a zero for confidence in my purchase. Good luck if you buy a vehicle from the dealership. More

Chrysler at a Chevy dealer After mediocre experiences at a couple of other dealerships, I came to Heartland with lowered expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when my salesma After mediocre experiences at a couple of other dealerships, I came to Heartland with lowered expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when my salesman, John Brown, after chatting with me for only a few minutes, showed me the vehicle I was interested in, without trying to push me into a new(more expensive) vehicle. I had my 3 children with me, and John was very understanding in my time limitations because of this. He helped me to get everything prepared for my follow up visit with their finance department, and on that second visit, John greeted my wife and I warmly, and we walked out about 30 minutes later, with all paperwork completed. A couple of days later, I realized I had left some items in my trade, and John went to retrieve them for me (again, I had my kids in tow). I look forward to working with Heartland Chevrolet and John for my next vehicle purchase. More

This was truly the best dealing I have done and I have had over 200 cars since I was able to drive as a 16 year old (now 67). They did everything they said they would and no hassles and no pressure. They treated me like I treat people - fairly and honestly. Even Dane Roberts who was not involved directly with purchase was most cordial and did not mind spending time with me as I waited around for my turn to close the deal. And I don't want to forget the gentleman who activated my On-Star account and explained everything in detail -- sorry I don't remember your name -- he too was most cordial and informative.
