John is a great salesman. He goes above and beyond for us every time. We have leased several BMW's and other than the great BMW quality, John is the reason we purchase from Ganley. It was the best experience in my life to work with the said employees at Ganley BMW. They were Knowledgeable of every aspect of my deal. Had the best price of the dealers in my area. Ordering process was straight forward and all of the employees were polite and helpful. John returned calls in a timely fashion and kept me in the loop throu process was straight forward and all of the employees were polite and helpful. I've purchased other cars from this dealership and came back because they also have an excellent service department. Only minus is most times loaners aren't available in a timely fashion. In order to get one you have to make your appointment many days in advance, which isn't possible when your car breaks down. More

John was fantastic throughout the entire process. He really dug deep as to what my needs were, both financially and from my car needs.
