Five Stars Are Not Enough! Once again, we have a beautiful new BMW (is this our third?), and once again we are completely pleased with the experience we had with Scott Smith and Once again, we have a beautiful new BMW (is this our third?), and once again we are completely pleased with the experience we had with Scott Smith and Flemington BMW. Scott's attention to every detail and sincere interest in our comfort throughout the transaction was exceptional -- along with that of "our" Flemington Team, John Cavanaugh and Becky Kosar, who put together this deal with the X3 we wanted within a matter of only a few days after we called Scott. Many thanks! We would not go anywhere else but to Flemington BMW! More

Total Professionals I just bought a pre-owned BMW from Flemington BMW and I have bought and leased a number of cars from their sister company, Ditschman Ford over the yea I just bought a pre-owned BMW from Flemington BMW and I have bought and leased a number of cars from their sister company, Ditschman Ford over the years. The business culture at Flemington BMW seems to be the same as at Ditschman Ford... friendly and professional. In the past I hated the task of buying a new car. I was always dealing with pushy, conniving sales people that would work up a price and then when questioned would play the game of 'going to the manager in the back to see what he can do.' None of this happens when dealing with Flemington BMW or Ditschman Ford. They were respectful of my time and treated me like they were selling to a member of their own family. It was that level of trust that I felt working with them. I'm writing glowing reports about these dealerships because as a salesman myself, I would want to be rewarded with a good review if warranted, and both dealerships warrant stellar reviews. Right from the start when I had visited their website and posted my interest in the vehicle I had seen listed I was contacted by Noha Amin (internet client advisor) the very next morning and found her to be uniquely genuine.. J.R. Nast at Flemington BMW was my sales person (client supervisor) and he was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommended him. . John Cavanaugh (pre-owned sales manager) was fair and adjusted the cost to my liking. Rebecca Kosar (finance and insurance manager) was thorough and very helpful by working with me to secure the long term health of my purchase. Overall, you can't go wrong when you deal with people who are professional and have your interests, budget and needs in mind. I found all of that when buying from Flemington BMW. Overall I had a great experience at Flemington BMW. All of the paperwork was prepared in advance - I just had to sign! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ed goes above and beyond for his clients and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Along with Ed, Client Advisor Bill Hinton made my experience very easy and pleasurable. He took his time reviewing everything with me, ensuring that I was happy and comfortable with the car, before taking it home. John Cavanaugh, Used Car Sales Manager, is an added asset to the dealership as well. His friendly, accommodating demeanor made all the difference in my experience. The team of Junior, Bill, Rebecca, John, and Eric made my first BMW buying experience a great one! They were very professional, friendly, and informative about the BMW I was looking to purchase. They worked as a team and even stayed past closing hours to answer all of my questions and to walk me through all of the car's features, which was very impressive. I had the pleasure of speaking with Junior first. He set up my appointment to come to the dealership. When my schedule spontaneously changed, I had to go down on Junior's day off. On the day of my appointment, Junior called me from his home to inform me who would be assisting me with the sale. He even stopped by the dealership on his day off to meet me in person! If that doesn't exemplify top-notch customer service, I don't know what does. Eric walked me through all of the car's features. He was very patient with me as this was going to be my first BMW purchase. He then escorted me to the client waiting area and offered me coffee during my very short wait for the processing of the paper work. Bill handled the sales transaction of the car itself and got on the phone with one of the dealership's insurance providers to ensure that I had adequate insurance coverage (I didn't have auto insurance prior to my arrival at the dealership). He was very friendly and made me feel like one of the guys. Rebecca handled all of the sales tax and warranty transactions. She was very knowledgeable about all of the warranties; however, she kept pitching the tire and rim warranty to me. She told me that it was important for me to have this particular warranty because I would end up paying thousands of dollars to have my tires and rims repaired due to driving over pot holes. Boy am I glad that I took her advice because I drove over about four pot holes when driving my new car home to New York. Becky was great and her mind was very sharp as well so I felt comfortable with her dealing with that aspect of my transaction. John oversaw the transaction. I never needed anything because John would always stop by to make sure I was properly accommodated, which I was. This is why I give this dealership a rating of "great." They worked as a team and moved as one unit. As an African-American male from NYC, this sales team didn't make me feel like I was from the Black race; they made me feel like I was from the human race. The entire team was colorblind and that was clearly reflected in each team member's professionalism and positive attitude toward me. As a result of this, I will conduct all of my future BMW business with this dealership and recommend my friends to them when they make their 4 Series purchases this summer. More

Last week, I got in touch with Noha Amin, the Internet Advisor at Flemington BMW looking for a CPO 5 Series BMW. She promptly put me in touch with John Cavanaugh, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and JR Nast, Advisor at Flemington BMW looking for a CPO 5 Series BMW. She promptly put me in touch with John Cavanaugh, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and JR Nast, a new Client Advisor that evening. John was extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient with me as was JR while showing me a couple of CPOs of my choice late in the evening. The following day, I changed my mind and decided to go for a new 2014 535i xDrive so I contacted Vince Dillon, the Client Retention Manager. Vince was extremely courteous and helpful in accommodating me at the last minute in his busy Saturday afternoon schedule and got me the car I liked for a fair price. Rebecca was very efficient and professional getting all the documentation ready at a short notice. Scott Smith, our Client Advisor ultimately helped me get set up with our new car that evening. He is very passionate about his job assisting clients and most importantly, has a very good sense of humor and attitude that helps ease the car buying experience. He stayed late along with the team to make sure that I got out with my new car that evening. The next day Scott took time to explain and go over all the features of my new car in detail. Overall, the entire team at Flemington BMW was very professional and did a great job as a team in getting us the car of our choice. I would highly recommend the Flemington BMW dealership to everyone based on my pleasant and positive experience. More

John Cavanaugh was great to woork with also was fair and honest about everything, smart and knows the product so well. BMW and BMW of Flemington are in really good hand with John there. Rebecca Kosar was also very acomadating and as John know the product very well. They make a great team your company shoul be proud to have them both there. Scott Smith a very well spoken and also his knowledge was outstanding, a truly great salesmen, closer, and a outstanding rep for BMW and BMW of Flemington. The experience was great. The staff allowed me to take several cars for a lengthy test drive even all by myself. From my experience, not everyone does it like this. The sales rep also volunteered to come to my workplace, ~15 miles away, to let me test drive the dimmer during lunch time. That says something about great customer care. The price was great too. I got a huge discount (almost ~$12k from MSRP) on a nearly new, loaded, 528i x-drive with only a few thousand miles on the odometer. I ams rue I wouldn't get an A6 or a benz for this price. More

We are a BMW family. Just love the cars. My car suffered a catastrophic "injury" yesterday and wasn't worth repairing. I did a search on AAA and was contacted by Junior through email. They didn't have the exact car that I thought I wanted; however, he suggested that I might be interested in a LOW mileage 2013. It was a perfect situation for me. Now that I buy BMWs, I keep them a long time. He set up for me to come see them this morning. I ended up working with Bill Hinton. He was a pleasure. as was everyone we spoke with at Flemington. It's the first time I can say that about the sales department of a BMW dealership. I research my purchases and it's the first time I've felt that the salesman knew more then I did. He didn't act like he was doing me a favor. Everyone at the dealership was gracious. They didn't push me to buy anything. Bill spent a lot of time explaining and setting up the car for me. He was truly patient. Answered questions and really tried to make sure that I drove away knowing what I was doing. The experience was so great, my husband ended up buying a car, too! More
